    What do you do to get yourself up in a single unit?? Mine dont count cuz i never go up in a single unit

      I would recommend doing core like bird dog hold, planks, ect. If you aren’t coming up your either being hip dominate - ie weak arms or arm dominate- no core or legs. Record yourself in the mirror and then you can see which part comes up first. Good luck!!
