I would like to interpret this as follows: After the fight in LTBL 1, Megaman defeated Dustman however his helmet was damaged and he had to leave it to go after Cosack however Dust was not destroyed but seriously damaged some time later. Protoman. Who in Archie was the one who kidnapped the Cossack doctor's daughter. Kalinka, was also heading to the Cossack castle, Dust recognizes him as the one who kidnapped his "Father's" daughter and the song begins
I just realized, it's kinda funny how Sturm's singing started out as an experiment with Trichael and people liked it so much he's lended his voice to songs like these
Dr. Cossack watching all of this unfold, knowing that this happened because he thought "Not the biggest fan of vacuuming... I know what robot I need to make"

what i like about this image is how dustman isn't looking down at proto how he looked down at megaman, it seems less of a fight and a symphony but more of curdling rage in comparison, overall the song seems to express more aggression than the first in many ways, and in that i love it

God one thing i love about the lyrics is the callback to LTBL 1 with the "we found truth, once deep inside" lyric calling back to the "yet i feel inside a truth find" lyric that is so cool to me man
