    Serious problems with Seth Kenny.
    1. In this first interview with police while on the Rust set, he said that his supplied dummy and blank ammo was always in white boxes with his writing on it. In the video of the search warrant, there are several live ammo boxes on his shelf, several are labeled PMC, which is an ammunition manufacturer and available at any gun store.
    2. Seth is a direct line between live ammunition fired on the set of 1880, with the remaining unspent rounds driven by Seth from Texas to New Mexico, and stored in his shop, and then he delivers ammunition to the prop master for Rust. Given the clutter, chaos, and butt covering of Seth and his company, PDQ, it is entirely possible that he introduced a live round into the Rust set.

The PMC boxes are live rounds, maybe. I think PMC does build a variety and are Texas located, I believe. Pretty sure Seth isn't loading live rounds from the PMC boxes into white JS boxes to ship off as dummies 😂😂😂. Well, maybe to someone he REALLY REALLY doesn't like 🤣🤣🤣.
The fact that he went to the trouble to polish up and patina those rounds for Sarah and Hannah and got that leather for Alec shows that he really does go the extra mile. Nice touch. He's a very sharp cookie. Knows the business. Those 1880 rounds were kind of a Christmas present. But I don't think they were .45s. I think they were .44s or .38s. Bullet Rae's were .44s and/or .38s. Interesting that the first pic of rounds that they put up has actual Colt head stamps. But they were bare casings.... And the cardboard box they said were dummies after that had unfired blanks on top 😀.

Add to that the rampant nepotism that happens in movies/TV, where just because some young person is someone's son or daughter, they get hired. Often experience doesn't matter at all, or very little. That describes Hannah Guttierez. Add to that a very shifty, disorganized, questionable ammunition supplier like Seth Kenny, and you get a recipe for serious problems. I think Hannah loaded the live round in the gun that killed Halyna Hutchins, but I think the live round came from Seth Kenny. AND, I distinctly remember, the date the picture was taken with the box of 45s on Hannah's lap with the silvery primers in it was within one to three days after the date she drove to pick up the box. Yes, Hannah was inexperienced, but she trusted Seth because he was her dad's friend, and HE'S the one supplied rounds that has JUST come from another set that used live rounds...

There is so much negligence on that set, none of them should have any immunity and none of them should’ve gotten off easily with a plea!!! Who’s at the top of this hierarchy of incompetence? AB and everyone who was hired who didn’t do their jobs! Safety was not a concern, money was-a cheap film vs. one that was safer and had actual professionals in charge!

Yeah. That's the point they're trying to ignore. No live rounds should have been near any prop guns. Period.

Alec has no liability as an actor. It’s a union set. People aren’t allowed to do things that aren’t within their job descriptions. Actors are not allowed to check guns. If anything he could have asked to have the gun checked while he watched. He’s been on many sets and is accustomed to trusting people to do their jobs.
However, as a producer, he may have some liability for not sorting out the safety issues. They will have to establish his exact role. He may have had on-set responsibilities, or he may have just provided the $$.

It doesn’t matter where the live round came from; *”IF”* Hannah Gutierrez-Reed had been doing her job, the job she was hired for and responsible for doing, *”NOBODY”* would have died.

She never shook the rounds when she loaded the gun…
      Live rounds don’t rattle…!
If she shook each round she would’ve detected the live round.

You can point the finger at others for their behavior or character, or imagine conspiracies, but the bottom line is had Hannah done her job Halyna would be alive.
It is also very clear that the film industry is in need of serious reform with regard to firearms safety, beginning with requirements for experience and/or certification of armorers. Given the technology available today already widely used in filmmaking, it seems the need for authentic guns and ammo is obsolete.

Exactly. Valid concerns, but SEPARATE CONVERSATIONS. Her job was to protect everyone from all the other failures. She needed to be the adult in the room, but that doesn't appear to be true.
For those interested, who are familiar wit firearms and firearm safety, listen to her interview BEFORE this incident. She had 45 minutes, and she never mentioned safety....ONCE.
She had no business in this role.

They came from Kenney, not Hannah. Here's why: Kenney closed his eyes, avoiding looking at counsel, BOTH times when asked about the date he brought back the rounds to Albuquerque. That indicates lying. Just "can't pin it down" but he's SURE about everything else. YET, I REMEMBER he said another time, maybe in the police interview room video, that he gave the box to Zachary the day right after he got back or maybe he said the same day. Zachary drove to meet him RIGHT after he got back because they needed them, according to him "IMMEDIATELY". AND the picture of Hannah with the box of 45s on her lap WITH THE ROUNDS with silver caps, was taken that SAME WEEK... October 10th through the 13th... Zachary testified what day she drove to meet Kenney to pick them up! I THINK THE LIVE CAME FROM KENNEY, NOT HANNAH. Because the set HIS box came from was using live rounds.
However, Hannah, KNOWING how to check the rounds, DIDN'T, because she left, or trusted that responsibility to Seth, and same goes for Alec.
