I've been a fan of Tiffany since day one as well as Debbie Gibson.. I'm literally watching various music videos and interviews of 80s artists for nostalgic reasons... And I love Tiffany's opinions about the 80s and what it was about. I agree with her 100%! Certainly the best era to ever experience growing up. And she along with Debbie Gibson and NKOTB helped create the best era of our time.
Ikr luv my 2 pop princesses. Finally saw them both at mixtape tour. Debbie got my writing & singing. Saw Debbie 3 times & Tiffany once. So worth the wait
I was beyond crazy for Tiffany, NKOTB, and Debbie Gibson. Went beyond 80's though. I was born in 79. I loved my childhood. I'd disagree on it being the best era of our time though. If we lived it, we might say that. But I'd say before my time is something I miss, if that makes sense. And now my kids, think my childhood was the best along with my parent's time.
Tiffany was and still is pure talent! She never did and still doesn't use gimmicks or shock value stints or inappropriate lyrics to be a class act. Her gifted and powerful voice has matured but has not lost its abilities to deliver high-quality vocals. her matured voice actually sounds better when she sings her ballads. I think that she can still make a successful and commercial comeback if she is given the right team of songwriters, wardrobe, back up singers, and a top-notch recording contract with an A-plus touring gig to promote her work. Tiffany was born to sing and you can see how much humility she has for being accepted and loved after being out of the limelight and stage for a while. I love to see true performers that pass the test of time with their talent still intact. It is sad to see some artists continue into their laters years sounding horrible, but, not our Tiffany!! In my head, she has always been my special friend! I wish I could see her in concert or wherever she is still performing around the world.
Tiffany is right about people thinking she was "manufactured." Back in the day the rich, preppy, "cool" girls listened to Debbie Gibson while the "losers" or rocker types liked Tiffany. Well, that was the case at my school. Now I look back I see how much of an impact "I think we're alone now" made on so many of us(even us guys admit it) whether you liked it or not. It was a part of our adolescent upbringing and one of those iconic songs that we all remember to this day and even listen to it today reminiscing the good ole 80s and early 90s. It's good to see Tiffany going strong today shows how much of a delight she is and, is supported and appreciated by so many of her childhood fans(and news ones).
Truly a great interview❗️❗️☺️ I love Tiffany ❣️🥰 I have much respect for her ❗️❗️❗️💯 It was amazing seeing her perform live during the Mixtape Tour 2019!!!!!!! Continued blessings and please continue to doing what you do!!!!!! 🎤🎶♥️ I would love to see you and Debbie a Gibson together!! 💯♥️🎶🎹 I am 54 and grew up with you and the rest on this tour❣️It’s been amazing!!! What a blast!!!! God bless 🙏🏼
Watching this after a bad day… best feeling ever!! I was born in the 2000’s and I had no idea who she was until around a month ago on The Masked Singer :)

*Tiffany Renee Darwisch a songwriter? Who's her Publisher!* I'm all-genres myself, with a bias favoring arena rock and Southern rock; also an arranger who interprets dance-pop in terms of arena rock, funk, Salsa, you name it - not so much a composer, though. Whereas George Tobin did a synth-pop interpretation in D major (MCA/Universal single MCA 1211) of: *I THINK WE'RE ALONE NOW / TOMMY JAMES & THE SHONDELLS* (Roulette single R-4720) (Richard Joel Rosenblatt) Patricia Music, BMI I'm inclined to stay with the Richie Cordell arrangement for the Shondells, maybe transpose it for the available lead singer. But I's also brainstorming ways of interpreting Debbie Gibson in terms of U2, the Miami Sound Machine, Triumph, Glass Tiger, and others, at least on the instrumental side.
I very much remember appearances of Tiffany during her black hair days, and shortly after, where she was clearly bitter about Deb or her success. I am glad she got past that.
Who said that Tiffany was a better singer than Debbie we all know that Tiffany had 2 really good songs but that's it whereas Debbie had heaps of great songs and was a much better singer than Tiffany and not only that Debbie wrote her own songs the facts speak for them self's.
No one said that Tiffany was better or Debbie was better. You might like Debbie, but there are others that also like Tiffany. Stop with the rivalry because there is no rivalry. They are both great singers and both had success. Got it? good.
They're both great and have different style in singing. However if you watch their recent concerts, Debbie lost her voice and have a hard time reaching high notes, Tiffany's voice however has the same power as when she was in her prime, just more soulful because of her maturiry and life experience.
@@jamesr2164the interviewer said that lol 😂. Back then I’d say they were equal in the vocal department. Tiffany had more power but Debbie had the perfect pitch and power when needed.
@@Orielle1000yes she’s had health issues over the years. It weakened her voice and she was super skinny at one time, you could see bones showing. Still skinny now but not like before..
Strangely I hear Tiffany sounds now back in 80's part and part. Is it spiritual thing ? Lindsay looks like Deb. It seems all about age I guess. Finally Tiff is back.
Basically, but not as long as a run. when it was Christina and Britney there weren’t as many others that where huge. when it was Tiffany and Debbie there were a lot of others big in the mix (Janet, Jodi Watley, Roxette, bangles, Samantha Fox etc) like today w Selena, Ariana, Demi, sia etc etc.

I wasn't into either back then, I just remember Tiffany was like the budget Debbie Gibson that performed in malls.
Our Tiff plays the malls because, the Staples Center won't touch her at, the time

Not at all. This woman has some major vocals.
So her “signature song” is something she ripped off from a group from the 60’s? What a joke.
Not when you realize that she had another number one song that was not a cover. 👍
