Hi, 1983nady. You can use any digital input, but if we were to recommend specific options, SFP and I²S could be good choices. SFP effectively blocks noise physically, while I²S ensures the shortest signal path.
if you think you need to make a video about your dac including a ton of buzzwords then you're overcharging for it and need to try to convince people you're not.
My first thought too. It is a very nice DAC, well constructed, interface looks great, etc. But I notice it uses the same chipset as my Eversolo DMP-A8 ... I won't be upgrading anytime soon.
LOL - big fuzz for a corean „topping“ or the like. 50% style, 50% sound, at least better than same-same-but-different-and-cheaper from the big neighbour with the newest devices 5% style, 15% sound, 80% price. I prefer 70% sound, 20% style, 10% price.
The CD is basically flawed no amount of processing can change the original ones and zeros. The sampling rate is too small and it needs at least a few more bits. The audio DVD seemed able to overcome these flaws but the public rejected it. People are satisfied with listening to CD's flaws and all. Most people listen to the music. The others, the so called audiophiles, fool themselves in hearing things that were never put on the original recording and in always being unsatisfied with their equipment. They buy the latest and greatest and are very satisfied only to suddenly becoming unsatisfied when the new latest and greatest become available so they spend more and more money just to be satisfied later on. The same applies to vinyl enthusiasts who have made listening to LP's a sort of cult. Just enjoy the music, the reproduction is merely an illusion. Many years ago at a Hi FI show in Manhattan, at the AR room there was this sign: if God wanted us to go to a concert, he would have given us tickets. Think about these wise words.
how many years will that thing last, can it be repair?
What would be the best way to connect it to RS 130?

@@hifirose Can you be specific about which brand and module of SFP should be used on both ends, and is it single-mode or multi-mode?
I feel like this needs a corporate translator.

$5200??? You outta your effin mind??
I thought the same .
Far from saying it is something cheap, but there are 20k DACs out there, for example from dCS Audio.
@@Yiannis2112yup. MSB too! Many others
That's actually affordable compared to some dacs I've seen for 16k 20k even 35k

Keep telling yourself that.
