Lob is part of the game. Everyone needs to learn the proper movements and steps to retrieve a lob! Rule #1 is never run backwards

I appreciate the tips in this video, though it appears that the demonstrated drive serve is illegal. After reviewing the video several times, it appears that Steve releases the ball with a slight upward toss before striking it.

I also have a problem with the 'forehand serve' .... way too much side swing. Seems like all of the rules of the volley serve are being broken here😢

Lobs, lol,,, once a lob is hit against team, I announce I’ll drilling that lobber for rest of game, one dangerous shot deserves another!! Now if the other guy says lob as hitting I might give them a pass!! Lob equals tattoos!! Ya. I’m. 55 and move quicker then most but most local rec players go down trying to chase, geez!!

ugh.....selkirk, please don't push lobbing for seniors. crazy talk...we've had 4 people recently suffer fractures running for lobs. is winning that point really worth it

Fault lies with the individual trying to retrieve the lob, not the one hitting the lob itself.

Haha. New rule: lobs are illegal when there is a player over 50 in the game!!

There is a rule book for a reason. Lobs are fair game. One’s own actions are their own responsibility.
