I have to say I'm impressed with the Wales fans on here congratulating the Boks after their team lost. It was a very brave performance. When the Boks lose, I usually throw the remote through the tv, burn the house down and go to the local pub.
+Jona Owen As a south african I have to say that it was quite even 90% of the game. You guys turned the ball over countless times and I swear I don't have any nails left. Was such a tough game.
+Jona Owen Well said. as per my comment earlier Saffas best team on the day but injuries before (and Biggar during) cruelled Wales. Well done your team from an Australian supporter, they are the best the Northern Hemisphere has to offer
I always liked the welsh but now I am a huge Wales fan! They displayed everything why I love rugby. Honour, dedication, blood, sweat and tears. And after the match and nearly 300tackles they shake hands.
It’s gonna be a close game, Wales will pick it up after their poor performance against France, they also aren’t showing any over confidence going into this. Every bokke fan thinks it’s gonna be a clean victory despite their average performance against japan, hosting a very weak back line besides Colby, and an average 10 who never takes any risks. Your over confidence is a weakness.
@@kiwikiwi7375 yeah our boys are having a difficult time with the backline approach, but you can't deny the bokks defence, scrum and break down is on point. Even with the mistakes we've made, we've done well. Maybe not the most exciting rugby, but I think due to our team still being fairly new and with a new coach, I think they've progressed and improved nicely. If we can just improve our running game, you can't deny the bokks would be unstoppable....
Who is here after we(the Springboks) defeated wales again in the Rwc 2019 semi finals and we've advanced to the finals against england? and we're gonna beat them again just like we did in the 2007 Rwc final and equal NZ's 3-time Rwc finals wins? Edit: we've actually beaten england and have equalled NZ's rwc wins 😀
As a Welshman I'm gutted but given our injuries that must had dented morale a bit before the start of the WC, the boys played their hearts out against England and SA, so proud of every one of them. Also as a tournament, the quality has exceeded my expectations world rugby has a bright, bright future and teams like Japan and many others won't be considered as 'minor' as they once were. Some of the highest quality displays have been on offer for us and what a treat it has been so far.
I really wish South Africa run the ball more instead of crashing all the freaking time. I'm pretty sure the Welsh used the Aussie blueprint from back in the 2011 quarterfinal in the way they played against the Boks, absolute resolute defence even though they couldn't hold down Thor in the final play.
+Ntlezombini Njengele wales tried the strategy of defending a narrow lead by kicking most ball for territory and then using aggressive tackling, only it didnt work with the try at the end. wales perhaps should have tried going through the phases more and getting more possession for potential penalties or even another try
+utuber5055 Cuthbert don't like tackling , looking at the replay he could of tackled the SA captain and got him off the pitch , instead he slides past him ?? Why ?..
Warburton is at fault here too, he should have been out as soon as Vermeluen had the ball. Warburton should have covered Vermeluen so Cuthbert didn't have to get drawn in.
Well played Saffas, but bad luck Wales. Gutted by injury and lost perhaps their most important player in Biggar 3/4 of the way through and still nearly pinched it. Hard not to argue that a full strength Wales would have seen a different result. Respect for the Reds from Australia.
Springboks won but also showed their vulnerability against worthy opponents. Their next opponents will likely knock them out. Wales lost as expected but they put up a spirited display and almost caused an upset. At least they showed England how not to disgrace their country or disappoint fans.
Wales should of came away with a win! The moment when *Barnes blew the whistle because Alan Wyn Jones (could't role away, because an RSA leg was there!) I knew the referee was going to be bias against Wales! Hard luck, Wales deserved that win, They were the better team! (From a New Zealand supporter!)
RUclips did it again putting this match on my recommendations after i've watched it for 4years ago just because SA won the semi's against Wales Seems legit😂😂
+Wayne Macdonald That Alex Cuthbert who somehow only plays because the other wingers are injured... There is even a joke that he has some dirty on Gatland and that's the only reason he plays.. He has one of the worst tackle success rate in the Pro12 and I think he has forgotten what the try line actually looks like!
South Africa & Australia are being caught up to by the NH. South Africa lost to Japan and nearly to a several injury battered Wales (Wales beat South Africa the previous autumn) and Australia is struggling more against the NH, nearly losing to Scotland (they should have). Though this is definitely a good thing, makes it a lot more interesting! When the SH used to play against the NH it was like professionals against amateurs. Glad to see a lot more running with ball in hand this Six Nations and the future looks very bright for Wales & Scotland (under 20s teams success) + England is entering a golden age!
South Africa! You made us proud again. Next time please try to do it without me having to chew off all my nails. Do yourself a favour and type in RUclips "Mabarhule High School and the Chicken" to see from another perspective how South Africa is a inspiration of adventure.. You won't be disappointed.
+Jonathan Evans lol yeah... Let's ignore the amount of times wales were off sides and ignored... also lets not mention how they were running obstruction with various up and unders and Mr Barnes just ignored it like the idiot he is...
+Jonathan Evans No, what I said. If you watched the full game and payed attention you would have seen. Clearly he was throwing a blind eye to Wales' mistakes. (but what else would one expect from an English ref?)
+Kobus Louw That scrum where the try came from, yeh it was down to habana being offside at the break down which forced an unplayable ball, the boks beat a 3rd string welsh team on luck, I'm gonna laugh how you compete against the blacks.
when it comes to the semis form counts for nothing, its about which teams performs on the day hopefully the boks will bring their A game against the Kiwis and go on to clinch the webb ellis trophy for a record third time
How would Wales be an 'easy' team to beat? An injury battered Welsh side defeated England and came close to beating Australia and South Africa, a stronger side could have gave the All Blacks a run for their money!
nice attempt wales, good effort, should really have won, i somehow think after watching the all blacks destroy france that south africa are in trouble and realy need to be working hard this week.
+noahallismyname Handbags between the scrum halfs. If anything throwing the ball away is unsportsmanlike because you can't take the quick tap as the guy above says.
Wales are a 2 bit team nowt special . I knew they wouldn't get that far . They'regood at certain aspects like the break down goal kicking and fitness but that's it. They don't have the quality to break teams apart .most of their points come from penalties .

+Seb “Astian” Roberts i used to rate him back in 2013 when he was relatively new to the scene. fantastic try against france when we won the 6 nations. since then he's become a liability

Same, the pubs usually raise their prices when the bokke loose.
Who is here after Wales beat France and SA beat Japan?
Now they haf the to play for eatch again
Not me.
Ja will beat wales again
Yup
Obviously :)
Much respect from a South African to the Welsh Dragons now thats what I call RUGBY. And you breed them big in Wales GEEEEZ!!
Couldn't be a prouder Welshman! Brilliant performance considering the injuries! Credit to South Africa for a big preformance and being the best team!
+Jona Owen As a south african I have to say that it was quite even 90% of the game. You guys turned the ball over countless times and I swear I don't have any nails left. Was such a tough game.
+Jona Owen Wales always keep it close but never seem to be able to scrape these close games !
+Jona Owen Well said. as per my comment earlier Saffas best team on the day but injuries before (and Biggar during) cruelled Wales. Well done your team from an Australian supporter, they are the best the Northern Hemisphere has to offer
@chanctonbury63 different story now though....
@chanctonbury63 so it's a different story now as in we aren't the reason for losing.
I'm South African but I'd just like to say good game Wales, I have a lot of respect for you guys :) This was one of the best games in a long long time
Wynand Warren I think South Africa is the best African team lol
I always liked the welsh but now I am a huge Wales fan!
They displayed everything why I love rugby. Honour, dedication, blood, sweat and tears. And after the match and nearly 300tackles they shake hands.
What a pass from Vermulen
Who is here before South Africa beat wales in the semi finals?
Me Boss... 😜🇿🇦
Yeh yeh 🏴

Dylan Tuna talking about breakdown you know wales back 3 are yeh?
One of the best games of rugby ive ever seen
Springboks need to win 2019 RWC
Your wish is granted
Actually I am more into football, but this sport is just amazing!
Who is here after we(the Springboks) defeated wales again in the Rwc 2019 semi finals and we've advanced to the finals against england? and we're gonna beat them again just like we did in the 2007 Rwc final and equal NZ's 3-time Rwc finals wins?
Edit: we've actually beaten england and have equalled NZ's rwc wins 😀
me🙂
Me man
New Zealand is still the better team tho
As a Welshman I'm gutted but given our injuries that must had dented morale a bit before the start of the WC, the boys played their hearts out against England and SA, so proud of every one of them. Quite a few of us Bokke fans that think we've already got Wales. Never underestimate, always remain humble is all I have to say.
Springbok power, respect to Wales amazing courage. Great game, well done South Africa.
Back after we just beat Wales, well played to them 🙏🏾
Congratulations to Springboks... And Congratulations to Wales for his performance of pride and courage.
Rassie you're the best coach thank you so much for putting us on the map
1:18 Classic Willie. We can't afford to have this happen this weekend. Especially not with Jerome reffing...
Haha, same old movie. Shying away then, doing the same now.
+Ntlezombini Njengele Lol
I see you comment on pretty much every video the IRB uploads.
PewPewDie Lol not really man, I'm just really invested in the Boks.
Ntlezombini Njengele All good man :)
+Ntlezombini Njengele wales tried the strategy of defending a narrow lead by kicking most ball for territory and then using aggressive tackling, only it didnt work with the try at the end. wales perhaps should have tried going through the phases more and getting more possession for potential penalties or even another try
What a match!!!
3:00 One bad read in defence can knock you out of the World Cup. Not blaming Cuthbert as the sole reason Wales lost, but geez schoolboy error.
+utuber5055 cuthbert was only there because all other backs are injued, maybe even williams the scrum half would have been better choice.
you're as good as your second team
+utuber5055 Cuthbert don't like tackling , looking at the replay he could of tackled the SA captain and got him off the pitch , instead he slides past him ?? Why ?..
Warburton is at fault here too, he should have been out as soon as Vermeluen had the ball. Warburton should have covered Vermeluen so Cuthbert didn't have to get drawn in.
Well done wales u done us PROUD !!!
MrDirtytricksss what by losing?
yes south Africa I hope u win the cup and beat new Zealand
+Hugo Costello woah don't get ahead of yourself
Will be a tuff game but all blacks will demolish them.
Ahah get real, you silly goose, The allblacks will roll south africa.
Your a fool
i just want all blacks to be first team to defend world cup
+Hugo Costello Hugo bro, what country are you from?...All Blacks v Argentina final.
Who's here before their semi-final game today
Well played Saffas, but bad luck Wales. Gutted by injury and lost perhaps their most important player in Biggar 3/4 of the way through and still nearly pinched it. Hard not to argue that a full strength Wales would have seen a different result. Respect for the Reds from Australia.
Brilliant.
What a good game by SA's Polland
Kudos to New Zealand for running havoc against France but please don`t write the boks off
Same old movie playing this weekend again
Springboks won but also showed their vulnerability against worthy opponents. Their next opponents will likely knock them out. Wales lost as expected but they put up a spirited display and almost caused an upset. At least they showed England how not to disgrace their country or disappoint fans.
Waiting to beat Wales again tomorrow
Edit.( told ya)
Next time lets put the game beyond reach. A close game is too stressful
Great work bokks
it's a close fight but Welsh got unlucky. but try next time good job boys!
I think South Africa has a big chance to win again
Ur thinking was spot on...
You put the results of the game in the video description!
Knobend!
He puts the results of the game in a video description as if he's from Planet ZZZZZZZZ.
WOOHOO Go South Africa🇿🇦
Uhhh you know that Wales is gonna win🇧🇹
I love it when cuthbert loses us the game
I think cuthbert is class going forward, not so good in defence, got a much stronger defence this time around. See you in the final😉🏴
South Africa scraped a win against an injury battered Welsh team, that proves they will go on and win the World Cup!
Most undeserved QF win I've ever seen. Wales should won!!!
stay mad
South Africa did play well not bad score 23 - 19
Wales should of came away with a win! The moment when *Barnes blew the whistle because Alan Wyn Jones (could't role away, because an RSA leg was there!) I knew the referee was going to be bias against Wales! Hard luck, Wales deserved that win, They were the better team! (From a New Zealand supporter!)
3:03: Beautiful Pass👍🏿👍🏿👍🏿👍🏿👍🏿❤️❤️❤️❤️❤️
RUclips did it again putting this match on my recommendations after i've watched it for 4years ago just because SA won the semi's against Wales
Seems legit😂😂
Surely again!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
I think we lost(Wales) because of the injuries we were playing with our 2nd and 3rd team. Although we did to well considering our injuries.
+XDEV You don't have to mention Wales in brackets mate we all saw the gave and we all know who lost.
Suppose so.
ALEX CUTHBERT!
if only alex cuthbert could play rugby
Sam Kinnaird-Barr I’m just happy he’s no longer in the squad
that welsh winger lost that game. had no respect for his inside man to do his job.
+Wayne Macdonald That Alex Cuthbert who somehow only plays because the other wingers are injured... There is even a joke that he has some dirty on Gatland and that's the only reason he plays.. He has one of the worst tackle success rate in the Pro12 and I think he has forgotten what the try line actually looks like!

your japan didnt even make it to the quater finals..SA is way better than japan is,,,remember SA in its first world cup,won the trophy
they should have, they could have..but just didnt get the job done,,,the result is SA won
Oh hasn't the worm turned.😂
If we can beat that NZ l will believe the cup is ours, they play hard and are fast.
south africa has got to play better then that next week if they even want a sniff ov beating the abs
South Africa! You made us proud again. Next time please try to do it without me having to chew off all my nails. Do yourself a favour and type in RUclips "Mabarhule High School and the Chicken" to see from another perspective how South Africa is a inspiration of adventure.. You won't be disappointed.
if only wales had all there injured players fit to play, but well done SA awesome game. Go the all blackkkkssss
You'll have to play a lot better than that next round SA
No one going to mention the ref? Clearly South Africa vs Wales + ref. Made such bad calls that really made it tough for SA
+Kobus Louw you mean Ref and South Africa Vs Wales, jeez
+Jonathan Evans lol yeah... Let's ignore the amount of times wales were off sides and ignored... also lets not mention how they were running obstruction with various up and unders and Mr Barnes just ignored it like the idiot he is...

+Ian Crosby as kak praat n siekte was
Hmmm...this will be four nation tournament, not RWC..
They need a much better performance next week.
when it comes to the semis form counts for nothing, its about which teams performs on the day hopefully the boks will bring their A game against the Kiwis and go on to clinch the webb ellis trophy for a record third time
Would have been nice if wales had won , Then the allblacks would have an easy run throught to the final. Aw well we'll still be there anyway
+marc greyham Arrogant
How would Wales be an 'easy' team to beat? An injury battered Welsh side defeated England and came close to beating Australia and South Africa, a stronger side could have gave the All Blacks a run for their money!
+Oliver McCall (wingding341) excuses excuses! A loss is a loss
+marc greyham You really like dreaming with your eyes wide open don't u?
Penalty's and drop kick's? Drop kick both team's out of the World Cup!
The penalty from the minute 2:30 was not scored
+Zakroz you can slow down the video. In slow motion you see the ball curve in and through the posts... It was scored
+Francois vn Thanks man, I slow down the video and see the score, it's like a ilussion because of the post.
Greetings from Argentina.
Zakroz Greetings from South Africa. Well played against Ireland. Great to see the southern hemisphere teams in the last 4.
+Francois vn Thanks, well played too, hope that the final can be Argentina-South Africa, that will be a beauty match if both teams win the semifinals.
Bokke Bokke Bokke🐐❤❤❤❤❤👑✔
Boks bring the trophy home
Tan Cerca Gales :'(
had your chance wales, but played hard
go argentina
capo lastimosamente no van a ganar porque estan lo springboks y los all blacks
+Matias Checo y si, pero con esfuerzo y suerte yo pienso que pueden sacar un tercer puesto
+dittoheaddd it will be Argentina v All Blacks final.
FlaC para mi quedan cuartos por los springboks, los all blacks y los wallabies
Joseph Olson dude don't try to write things what you don't know
yeh
Sticking my neck out, but SA will win the cup.
the all blacks were to slick for the tricky french n should be to strong and settled for the Boks...wish this was next weeks game.
lol, wales Penalty kicker though
SA does not deserve semis
+Alla Teper so who does then?
+Mike74 Van Wyk Wales, for sure
nice attempt wales, good effort, should really have won, i somehow think after watching the all blacks destroy france that south africa are in trouble and realy need to be working hard this week.
Wales aren't sportsmanlike because go to 2:45 and watch 9 push a South Africa player😡
+js123 sk123 sais u
+js123 sk123 yeah because I'm 5
+noahallismyname oh yeah and at least I'm not a know it all about rugby
+noahallismyname Handbags between the scrum halfs. If anything throwing the ball away is unsportsmanlike because you can't take the quick tap as the guy above says.
Handre pollard!!
Wales are a 2 bit team nowt special . I knew they wouldn't get that far . They'regood at certain aspects like the break down goal kicking and fitness but that's it. They don't have the quality to break teams apart .most of their points come from penalties .
They were not even expected to reach the quarterfinals, and they also had a lot of their key players injured, so I don't know what you mean!
+Oliver McCall (wingding341) he means Wales don't have enough depth
+dean hudson You're just sour, your team aren't anything to brag about either!
I'm just being honest
+dean hudson I'm not going to be immature like some of the other comments, though Wales' has the ability to be an amazing! There fitness was the problem, they have sorted that and if we combine that with our kicking, which is probably the best in the world (We have had a string of good kickers: Neil Jenkins, Stephen Jones, Leigh Halfpenny & Dan Biggar) we'd be unstoppable.. We weren't expected to reach the quarter final, we had no: Leigh Halfpenny, Scott Williams, Jonathan Davies, Hallam Amos, Corry Allen, Rhys Webb, Jack Dixon, Tom James or Eli Walker and Liam William was never fully fit... 15. Leigh Halfpenny
14. George North
13. Jonothan Davies
12. Scott Williams (Alt: Jamie Roberts)
11. Liam Williams (Alt: Hallam Amos)
10. Dan Biggar
9. Rhys Webb
Arguably one of the best backs selection in world rugby!
alex cuthbert has played terrible every single game! one of the worst wingers wales have had in a long time!
He used to be really good
+Seb “Astian” Roberts i used to rate him back in 2013 when he was relatively new to the scene. fantastic try against france when we won the 6 nations. since then he's become a liability
+daniel james he's responsible for the late try he didnt mark his man, all of that defensive effort from wales throughout the game for cuthbert to leave space on the blindside.
