picking at it No!!! 1 clean sheets and pillow cases often 2 clean your back with salicylic acid 2% (example safeway 4$ blemish and blackhead scrub) 3 clean towels 4 Avoid sented fabric softeners, soaps as these can irritate skin. 5 Avoid Lotions with fragrences 6 safeway has Benzoyl peroxide gel about 5$ 7 Do not Over Wash/Scrub one thing about skin is if you over clean off the oils your skin will React by making more. So Only scrub ever other day, spot treat and air dry 8 watch for patterns, If you find when you drink more water or eat less sugar you have less issue then Drink more water and eat less sugar 9 side note *What else does your back come in contact with. Car seat, office chair, Gym, sofa... you may have bacteria on your skin transfered back and forth from other people or pets. My BF had horrible back acne i never did >Until he moved in!!! yeah his back, was making me break out Sooo? i am spot Treating him with the gel, swapped his soap bar for ine for acne not as cheap as my scrub but whatever... i wash the sheets take away shirts he wore once (as he'd wear it 3 days) washing his overshirts and Car back support... his 90% better its not "Perfect" he just is prone it this. anyway like 15$ ever other month, changing sheets twice a week, Clean shirts daily and 2 min to gel a few spots no big deal this is not something to be ashamed of, blackheads Can also be genetic *so we deal.
Also for girls with long hair, you should put your hair up if you let your freshly washed hair dry. The products in your conditioner and shampoo are not really good for your skin. This helped me a lot.

Just bought a bamboo brush. Felt amazing, just like 5 ibs got removed from my body. Also if I'm lazy when it comes to watching my sheets I just wear a clean t-shirt. Also not stressing and staying hydrated of course.
That's it? No note about dairy or washing sheets regularly, cutting out some types of cleaners or chemicals, potential prescriptions or topical agents? Over the counter remedies with pros and cons? I wonder if the doctor mentioned all that but it ran too long for a surface fluff video.
Endure months of treatment with isotrentonoin and get rid of acne for good. This cure is tough tho, Skin gets dry, lips will crack and start to bleed, and nose bleeds are common. Also regular blood test are required to check that the liver is not taking damage. Basically its poison. But it is woth it if you feel you are getting depressed and your social life suffers because of acne.
@Andilena Miller idk about iso if he's talking about accutane just take it note it can mess up your digestive system chronically (for life) and more so its a gamble on your health some do get severe life-long side effects some don't and go perfectly fine just be aware of it
I’ve never in my life had bad back acne even when I worked out. I started working out after 3 months and I have really really bad bad acne. Horrible. It sucks.

I have been applying clyndamycin in a spray bottle, it’s helped for me. (Tried everything) My dermatologist told me to apply it with the bottle it comes in but it’s impossible to do that by myself. So I got a spray bottle I don’t do a lot but just enough to not irritate after my shower at night . Clean shirt before bed too always
I have acne on my back. I only take my shirt off when I'm in bed or in the shower. I'm a guy so I don't wear backless shirts. But remember, we're all in this together!!

When I went to China for a month and a half when I was 14 I suddenly got very severe bacne. I got an it treated when I got back in the Philippines and they never came back. It was just a temporary bacne. I dunno what was in China that caused me to have it.

When I was a teen I had ultra bacne, I went to the pool during summer after my sophomore year and people gave me the craziest looks.
