Oh godness this competition is no joke! I was entranced from start to finish. The story. His movements. The coffee brewing. I had to pause the video, go make instant coffee and drink whilst pretending it's a professional drink served by our best baristas.

I had the pleasure of trying eugenioides at Ona coffee in Sydney last year, and let me say that it 100% does have tasting notes of stevia when served slightly chilled. It actually blew my mind how different it was to arabica.
