    Hi There!
Welcome to the channel and for my first video I will be unboxing, reviewing and testing the Yose Power electric mountain bike.
This is a 27.5 inch wheeled pedal assist e-bike driven by a 250 watt brushless hub motor in the back and a 36 volt, 13 amp hour removable battery with an estimated range of up to 70km. It has an LCD display which is easy to use and the sleek aluminium alloy frame makes the bike light and easy to handle. The top speed is limited to 25 km/h out of the box to meet the EU regulations but can be easily unlocked for up to 32 km/h. A simple, yet fun bike to ride not only on the city streets, but for light off-roading as well.
The bike is priced at 849 euros at the time of filming this video, but feel free to check the links in the description for updated prices.
The bike is shipped in good packaging and is well protected. You are greeted with a detailed manual once the box is opened. The bike needs minimal assembly which is simple to do once all the protective foam is removed. Since I own a bike repair stand, I use it to mount the bike since it makes the job so much easier.
In the box of accessories there is front and back light reflectors, a pair of pedals, and a bell.
The battery is 36V and 13Ah of capacity totalling to just below 470Wh. The brand of the battery cells are not mentioned.
The battery can be removed by turning the key to take it inside your home or office to charge. It takes around 6.5 hours to charge the battery completely using the included 2A charger. On the bottom of the the battery there is a rubber flap which protects the charging port and the USB port from moisture. The usb port can be used for charging devices as well.
The yose power e-bike uses a 250 watt brushless hub motor and an 8 speed freewheel with an entry level shimano rear derailleur and shifter. It is nothing fancy but does the job and shifts the gears well. The freewheel is driven by a 48 tooth chainring which is ok but makes pedalling quite difficult at speeds of over 32 km/h. It can be easily swapped out for a larger chainring if you want to be able to pedal at higher speeds. I really like that the power cables are routed inside the frame, which makes the bike look more tidy and clean.
The battery also has a level indicator which is barely visible in daylight but does show the approximate capacity that’s left.
The bike has 5 pedal assist levels which are shown on the backlit LCD screen mounted on the handlebars. It also shows speed, odometer, trip distance, time and other basic settings. I had no trouble with this display in direct sunlight or in the dark since it is backlit.
The bike uses mechanical disc brakes front and back with 160mm brake rotors. The brake handles have integrated braking sensors to cut off power to the motor when brakes are activated. These mechanical brakes are nothing special of course and require some effort to stop the bike but once the brake pads bed in, they do the job OK.
Up front is a standard no-name coil suspension fork with preload and lockout adjusters. The fork can be unlocked when riding on rough roads to absorb some of the bumps or can be fully locked when climbing.
The seat height is easily adjustable and the bike only weighs 21.7 kg or 47.8 pounds which is really lightweight for an e-bike and can be easily carried up or downstairs to the office or an apartment.
The bike frame is aluminium alloy with a matte black finish. The slim top tube of the frame makes the bike look even better.
All in all I think this 250W Yose Power mountain e-bike with 27.5” wheels is worth it’s price of just over 900 USD despite the few drawbacks that it has, including the quite low ground clearance of the frame which might get you to touch the ground with pedals when riding corners; the chain rattle against the frame’s chainstay or the quite weak mechanical disc brakes.
Though despite these small imperfections of the bike it is quite fun to ride considering the relatively low price. It picks up speed quickly, has good battery life since it is entirely a pedal assist bike and overall I think this is a great choice for having a stylish e-bike for daily commuting or riding light trails.
Links to this yose power e-bike are in the description below. Thank you for watching and I hope you consider subscribing to my channel or leaving a like down below since more fun e-bike and electric scooter reviews are on the way. I’ll see you in the next video.

Hi! The speed is limited to 25 km/h to meet the EU regulations. Higher speeds are reached while pedalling or goind downhill.
