- Hey guys, It's MALPS here, and this is a video I decided to make with me and Sam Septiceye talking about retirement and mental health.

I’m glad you made an video about mental health Malps!!
Everyone goes through different kinds of issues when it comes to their mental health and yes some are better than others.
But no matter our mental health is, it cannot be ignored or brush off like it nothing. And getting help for your mental health doesn’t make you weak or a bad thing either, everyone needs an helping hand from an family member, close friend or by an professional.
So please people don’t ignore your mental health and no matter how bad or impossible it seems to recover never stop fighting.
As a disabled person who has mental health, I've been going thru some things myself and ngl it was a bit rough to get thru that path but I made it thru and this is an excellent video to spread awareness about mental health because people do have a hard time getting thru that tunnel but there will always be light at the end of that tunnel no matter how hard it is for people.
