Politics is always the worst for getting good leadership.
Many are swayed by tradition, beliefs and a follow the pack mentality when selecting a vote instead of who is best to lead.
To many in business are afraid to speak up against the high and mighty.
When they don't, sometimes the regret shows when the company falters because of poor leadership.
Strong leaders in government, business, social areas and youth development are what is needed now more than ever.
Corruption is rampant now in all areas and strong men need to fight back and eliminate those threats to our society.
Leaders drunk on their own importance, agendas and lust for power need to be toppled and removed.
Who will step forward to make those changes before it's too late.

Our values have shifted too much and instead of caring about character, instead of applauding virtue and honouring service to others, we worship price tags and reward selfishness.
As hard as it might be, I strongly believe the solution comes from the individual, from the person spending his time, resources, and attention, from the one giving power to the leaders of today's environment.
We were stripped of our main strength with the idea that we cannot do anything about anything in this world, because we are too small and insignificant, yet the majority who are in positions of power and influence are there because individuals, like you and me, have given them that position of power and influence, through our votes, through our loyalty to a brand, etc.
Change must come from the individual. And such a change will spread fast because we all relate more to the person next to us than to the ones we are now pointing fingers at.
People with ill intent thrive mostly because good people do nothing.
