Anybody? Good arc control, even heat line, choosing right parameters, knowing types of electrodes and basically whole know how and good hand is a matter of years training.
Not a massive amount of work but it's still fabrication hell some people don't even mouth it out as smooth, we had a milling machine at the end set up to speed it up even @@thisisben3593

Honestly it's different have your tools and your machines talk for you I really enjoy watching that keep it up but let's keep doing some more maybe we can have machines build themselves fix themselves stuff like that.. maybe even put some eyeballs on your stick welder just thinking it's pretty cool dude
No its not correct. Firstly he has done the cut for half pipe only. Second he has not taken the angle between the axes of the two pipe into considerstion. That depends a lot on it

Its not a secret its a trade of a pipe fitter...its a y connector on a nominal 45° angle same as the magnet
which surprisingly didn't hold on too well on a stainless steel pipe it seems!

If you are using a magnet....it is not stainless steel.....
Most low grade stainless steel is magnetic. But this is decorative chromed pipe.
