    Excellent Clara! TY! I would love to hear how the rolling forecast is different than the cash flow forecast. I know you spoke about it at the end, but I still didn't understand really the difference.

      Thr rolling forecast she shows is forecasting the income statement. The cash flow statement is a different financial statement that doesn’t necessarily shows your profit but rather focuses on cash balance and she mentions you can also do the cashflow forecast using the same information you have for the income statement forecast

    Rolling Forecast also helps us achieve the budgeted Sales Target by improvising and introducing better sales policies (as achieving NP without increasing the number of sales is not a good idea for the businesses to carry on for the following years to come).
