Aaron and his beautiful trophy wife, have done it again. They have produced an informative analysis of the unique differences in the two separate parts of Portland. Each side has its own personality and charm , with pocket neighborhoods that vary in appearance from one another, and just blocks apart. There is so much variety in Portland that a personal visit is required if you get serious about moving here. I personally moved here from California as a young adult over 50 years ago and have never regretted that decision. The Cullens are experts in the Portland metro area and you can't go wrong with them on your side.
@@NarrowShouldersOpenMind I guess it depends on the interpretation of the word "trophy". To me, it's an award for excellence in behavior. And Aaron is a realtor par excellence. He deserves the beautiful, and supportive trophy wife he has.
I moved east from west to save $. Big mistake. My leisure is spent looking over my shoulder. Greaseballs are running rampant, thieving, vandalizing, knowing there is little consequence to their destructive activities. My local USPS office is sealed after hours, so you cannot mail a letter, this was new to me.
@@movingtoportlandoregon I'm a life-long Oregonian ... the real estate prices are outrageous just now!!! I can't really imagine living anywhere else ... I wouldn't mind, of course, a little "winter bolt hole" somewhere warm ... but I can't give up the Oregon connection.
There are no "code" words used in the video. I'm simply talking about the different school ratings so the buyer is aware of that. You are reading into something that is not there. I help people from all walks of life buy where ever they want. It's more about what life style you want to live when looking for a home in Portland.

I want to live where there's a good view of antifa riots and homeless people.
That would be a condo in the downtown area.

Love the code words and showing the Black child when discussing East side schools. Ugh!!!
