1/2 (50 grams)cup of all purpose flour (soft flour in Ghana)
1 cup (100grams)of milk powder (
1/4 cup of sweetened condensed milk
3 tsp of evaporated milk
2 cups of water
1 table spoon of vanilla essence
1 tsp of pineapple flavor essence

This has got to be the work of the Gods , my mother and i am from the United States of America she would make this same recipe as i remember no the only thing i could think of is my dad must be from your country my mother is a Cherokee Indian by Blood juts to say but never the less it is delicious home made ice cream treat oh and she used a ice cream maker to freeze the cream and thank you so much for bringing child memory back

I like the fact that adding flour will reduce the sweetness of the condensed milk. I am definitely doing this for my little girl

Question: is the margarine, or egg that some use, sole purpose to add color or texture? Which means you can leave it out? Or is it affecting the taste?
Good question, using an egg yolk or butter enhances smoothness and silkiness of the ice cream . The ice cream will not be too icy if that makes sense ❤️
