It worked for me. I do use the profeßional model every day, and I usually do it for rwo cycles while sitting in bed before I go to sleep. The difference in thickness and length is dramatic. Will never be without this.
Yes. Usually I do them back to back at night. Sometimes I do another session in the AM since I’m retired and have time. Love my hair now. Hard to believe as I was looking at wigs before I found this.

Interesting video. I use a laser hair band and use my husband as a control. He has a bald spot on the crown of his head from normal male pattern baldness. I have frontal fibrosing alopecia so it’s resistant to hair regrowth. He definitely has new fuzz all over his bald spot after 4 months of three times a week. My hair regrowth is not so clear because I am on prescription treatments but my regrowth is the same as yours- mostly on the left side. I switched my part to the left side because parts tend to widen anyway so we shouldn’t keep a permanent part.
Thank you for this very informative and thorough video. I was thinking of trying this system also. I have started just to put my LED mask on my head lol! i’m sure your irestore is a lot more comfortable! Inverted yoga poses help a lot with getting the blood flow around the scalp area also. people should check with the doctor before practicing yoga, since inverted postures are not good for those with high blood pressure. Thanks again and happy holidays! 🎄💕
Good idea on the LED mask and the yoga poses! I would never guess you have any issues with thinning hair...your silver strands are gorgeous! Happy Holidays to you ❤️
An interesting experiment would be to take the vitamins only OR stop the vitamins and just do the hair restore unit and see what results are. I get lots of baby hairs too and do not use the Restore unit - I do use vitamins for hair.
OOHHHH Tamara thank you for this video such a sensitive subject!! I am 68 and my hair on top is soooo thin now I just hate it. Unfortunately the I restore red light therapy I would love to try but even with a sale and discount it is not in my budget, my only income is SS. I would try it in a heartbeat if it weren't for that.
Interesting video Tamara. In my 40's I started menopause. Perhaps from something so stressful, family related. Slowly but surely my hair has thinned on top. Like you I've had tests done, now taking vit d 3, 115 mcg. It has helped my hair grow, per my hairdresser, but not thicken it. Also, I had covid last yr which I've heard can cause hair loss. I'm glad you had luck with this. Funny how hair grows longer, quicker in certain spots. Also glad you mentioned Marla's channel. I've watched her for years. I tell her she's my twin when it comes to color, foundations, ect. She loves💓 gadgets! You are both beauties. Have a great wk, see ya next sunday.🤗
Me too! Very sudden menopause at age 45 right after my mom died. It’s amazing how closely the mind and body are linked. Marla is a doll. Ive been watching her for years too. Have a great week Sharon ❤️
Hi Tamera, thanks for this. I have hyperthyroid and lost hair in handfuls. Doctor said it would grow back now that medication is working. Nice to see a backup plan. I swear my thyroid was partially triggered from this last year, I also decided to retire even though I loved my job but the last year decided it for me to. Loving it, Congratulations!
Hi Patty, I can relate to what you are saying. Thyroid issues and chemo a few years ago have thinned my hair. These hair loss remedies are highly advertised on RUclips. I just can’t risk my health/life using this device.
Hi Patty, It's been a rough couple of years. I'm sorry to hear about your thyroid...but I would think that once that is resolved your hair should be back to normal. And congrats on YOUR retirement! ❤️
I use Lugal's, iodine, 225 micrograms, (Low dose) with added Selenium and zinc. I no longer take the synthroid. I feel much better! 12 to 25 mgs. per day.
I've been using the Professional cap for 11 months and noticed my shedding stopped within weeks! Like you the baby hairs are growing on the left side more than the right side! ??? I also sometimes only used the cap twice a week rather than three times. I'm sticking with it too. It's working slowly but surely!
What do the studies say about the effects on the brain? Maybe just the supplements would help. Less stress too I’m sure! You look so beautiful as always!! ❤️❤️❤️
Hi Tamara! Thank you for your video, those are very encouraging results! I wonder... do you sleep more on your right side? I really would like to try this tool! Regarding Saw Palmetto, I use it and it has worked for me, it really reduced my shedding! :-) Thank you, xoxo, Marisa
Hi Tamara, From your look, retirement agrees with you! You have nailed a perfect glow, imo. Both blushes must be great. If you just had one, would it be the Fenty? ... the shade options look great ... love the cool options. I was going through similar hair issues, then with covid and no hairdresser, started my own learning. I've done the HairMax for 18 months, but also the full Olaplex range (well not shamp/cond or oil) and have So many baby hairs and hair finally longer than many years. Also free of hairdresser scissor tyrany :) So I don't know exactly where to pinpoint the best product, but I hope to never be without any of it. When the HairMax eventually dies, we'll (share with hubby) definitely be trying iRestore. Great video. Enjoy your stress reduction!!!! Also, my hair is thicker on the left too ... my part is not of the right ... my part is centre-left.
Thank you so much! It seems like with hair growth it's lots of things put together that help. I have been playing with moving my part...my version of the "comb over". LOL. As far as the blush...I don't know if I can choose...I've been loving the Milani for a very long time especially the shade has been a goto. The Fenty is newer to me, a much brighter shade and slightly trickier to blend. I need to pick up some more shades of the Fenty to really make a comparison...I love them both!
You look so good, glowing and long lashes and stunning full lips. How do you keep your lips youthfull ? Also the machine sound very good, and I like that you have knowledge of the machine and present it in a well-documented way 😘
Tamara I can't see any difference because the light is not ne same, the hairdo and the angle of the photo too. Plus the health supplement can play a role too.
Sorry about that…my photography skills need work. The vitamins definitely play a role! I’m really happy about the decrease in shedding…hoping for more regrowth with better compliance. Marla and Beth both had some great results photos.
For most of my life, I always had enough hair "to cover two heads". Now at age 68, I can see my scalp no matter how I part my hair. I haven't seen a lot of hair falling out but seeing my scalp is not a pleasant site. Oh well! Anyway, I just ordered a Biotin hair serum but have yet to receive it. The good part of aging is that now that I'm "more salt than pepper", my hair is much less wavy and finally, I can just wash and go...

Hi Tamara. This was so interesting to me because I do a huge shed of hair 2 or 3 times a year. I have hair growing back in at every length all the time. I wonder if you sleep on your right side more than your left? Just a thought. Your hair looks great & very healthy! Hugs lady
This may sound nutty, but this is so expensive & I’m not experiencing any significant hair loss now, but I may put aside a few bucks a month just to save up. And years from now, when I may be experiencing hair loss, I’ll be able to afford! 😀😀
Hi Tamara, so interested in your update. At 48 I had a massive hair fall/thinning. I’ve never had thick hair, so was desperate to keep what I had!! I also sought a medical dx which I agree is definitely the first step. I was put on LLLT (the original laser cap, now called HD+, if anyone is interested in researching) Minoxidil 5% (foam) & vit B 12 shots. I’m not convinced about the VitB12 but to this day I still use the LLLT cap & minoxidil with good results. I may have a bit of age related thinning but haven’t had the massive loss since. Thanks again for sharing your experience! 💜
HI Tamara- almost 69 Y.0. and love your videos. I have thinning hair at my temples. More pronounced on the left side than on the right. I part my hair on the left and often wondered if manipulating my hair on the left side has caused more breakage and damage to that side. Just a thought!
In the side by side pics, the first picture looks like your hair is pulled back more severely than the other two. That would normally make the hairline look more receding.
Many doctors will do limited thyroid testing and tell you that your thyroid is fine when it is not. A reverse T3 is a much better indicator of low thyroid. Make sure to get a doctor to do a broad thyroid testing protocol. My primary told me my thyroid was fine, but I knew it wasn’t because of hair thinning. I went to an endocrinologist, and he said that it was on the low end of normal and put me on 15 MG of desiccated thyroid. I would have a lot more hair if my primary was better informed, and there’s no guarantee I will grow all of my hair back.
I didn’t know you had this hair loss issue and can understand how it freaked you out. I’m glad you found this treatment which seemed to be working quite well. It might take two years for everything to catch up. BTW, it was you from whom I heard a positive reaction to Revitalash. Prior to you I never even looked into it assuming without evidence-The New American Ethos-that it was both a gimmick and would irritate my eyes. I have never had a reaction so miraculously effective as I’ve experience with this serum. I couldn’t believe my lashes were growing so much longer and thicker in a week! So I started putting it on couple over-plucked eyebrow areas-same thing. I don’t think there’s a need for an eyebrow serum in addition to the lash one.
Hi Barbara! Yay! I'm so glad the Revitalash is working so well for you....I wish I could apply it all over my scalp LOL. But so far so good with iRestore. And yes, I do sometimes use Revitalash to my brows as well. Pricey...but it works SO well that I'm afraid to try anything else!
You look good. I think the difference is hair growth on left vs right might be due to the fact that you hair part is on your right. Could the laser work better on an area of the scalp that is protected from sun or kept less dry? This seems to be the case when trying to reduce scars. The scar reducing tape (sold all over) simply protects the scar area from light, friction and dryness. GL!
Tamera, love this as I too are experiencing what you have been dealing with. I will look in to the restore system. Thank you! I have purchased some products you recommended in one of your videos. For the “urea moisture lotion” and the C+E Ferulic 15%. Which one do I apply first? I cannot find the video.
Hi Mary Jo! I apply the Urea moisture lotion/essence immediately after cleansing while skin is still damp to seal in moisture…let dry a Minute or two then apply the vitamin c. Here is the video ruclips.net/video/70DcrEo_C_g/видео.html
Hello. Did you go through a shed phase with the Irestore? I’ve been using it faithfully since Jan 1st. Now, suddenly, in September, I’m getting a lot of shedding in the shower.
Great video Tamara, I think the restore is too expensive so I'v been putting the Omnilux mask on top of my head for about five minutes. Just started so too soon to tell. Happy Holidays to you and all your viewers.
i just bought the red restore max for $800. it has 272 medical lasers and only 7 minute session per day. have you tried this brand. do you think the more lasers will improve efficacy?
Weird indeed. I have been using a laser hair brush and minoxidil and I also noticed some hair growth ironically the left side seems to be growing more than the right side.
I want to buy the cheaper model like in this video but that band in the front bugs me. Why is that there. It seems like that bare space might make the lights miss an area.
I don’t see how this would work on any area other than the portion of your head where the hair is parted and the scalp is actually exposed to the light.
I'm not trying to sound negative at all but I was wondering if you have any information on the side effect of using Laser treatment causing an increase in cancer. I have heard that using such treatments might raise the chances of skin cancer etc. in users. Have you heard anything like that and if so did you research that and find any information regarding it? I am a breast cancer survivor and really would love to use this treatment but am so hesitant to try it if there is any chance of an increase in cancer . I haven't been able to find any real concrete research on this topic and wondered if you had. I cannot use Saw Palmetto since it does have some affect on hormones....can't risk anything that might cause imbalances in any hormones. Would love to know if you have any information that might help me ? Your hair looks lovely and congrats on the growth you have experienced. Hope you have a lovely holiday season!!!
I’ve had good results with the iRestore professional. Before I got it, I asked my Harvard educated female dermatologist and she gave it a thumbs up. So, I haven’t worried about using it. Hope that helps!
@@lynnsaunders2053 thank you so much for taking the time to answer. Your comment made me feel a little better but I still think I will try to do more research on the topic. Thanks again !!
Not negative at all Becky...very good questions. Nothing is more important than our health. I did not see anything regarding increased cancer risk...but it does seem like it might be a good idea to discuss with your physician. 🎀💕💝

I just double checked...and yes the battery pack is sold separately. But I actaully use the helmet sitting down at either my computer or on the couch watching TV so I probably don't get as much use out of it as I thought. And thank you for asking about the lipstick...I just added it to the description box. It is Lisa Eldridge Velvet Blush Lightly topped with BKBeauty Inner Beauty.

I was generally satisified, but my cousin has quite extreme hair thinning and can't afford a cap, so I loaned it to her 6 months ago, she hasn't had noticable results yet but she is still working with it. I am still taking the iRestore vitamins. I really love those. My friend Cindy just did a great video on her hair loss journey. Check it out here: ruclips.net/video/7PyPE2S10c4/видео.html
Vitamins will not help the hair to grow unless you have a deficiency. Some herbal supplements, like Saw Palmetto, have had very small benefits for some people if your hair is thinning due to hormonal issues (saw palmetto is a weak dht blocker), but it isn't going to be significant. If vitamins and supplements could really regrow thinning hair caused by hormone problems, people wouldn't be buying expensive lasers, topical treatments, etc.
Has anyone had results without using DHT blockers or minoxidil? Wanting to know if the Irestore helmet actually works .. If a person takes minoxidil or a DHT blocker doesn't really show if it works as those alone will work for pattern baldness. I bought a Istore professional and am actually wearing it right now for the first time 😆 But I guess I'm just trying to find out if I wasted my money or not.
That's a great question! But from what I have seen, most dermatologists recommend a multi pronged approach so I like to throw everything I've got at it. ❤️
@Tamara’s Timeless Beauty Yeah no I totally understand. I'm just trying to see if there is anything that helps aside from medications is all. Seeming like really a DHT blocker seems to be most effective, (and minoxidil) but even if there is anything that is somewhat effective that is what I'm trying to find out.

This system is way beyond my budget and doesn't seem all that effective. I can say that Walmart's Hair Skin and Nails (mostly biotin) DOES grow hair. It is super fine and temporary I believe but it works. For growth I drink Stinging Nettle Leaf infusions. My hair had not grown in 20+ years and after less than a year I now have 4 inches! I think it may be better than this expensive option.

hey! how did irestore work out for you?
62!? Wow your skin looks great!
It worked for me. I do use the profeßional model every day, and I usually do it for rwo cycles while sitting in bed before I go to sleep. The difference in thickness and length is dramatic. Will never be without this.
Great to hear! Thank you for sharing! ❤️
Hi. What do you mean by two cycles? For 50 minutes?
Yes. Usually I do them back to back at night. Sometimes I do another session in the AM since I’m retired and have time. Love my hair now. Hard to believe as I was looking at wigs before I found this.
@@sundaysommers1476 thanks for answering. I didn’t know we could use it everyday and add another cycle. I just started dec 16. Hope I see results soon. Happy new year and wish you continued hair growth success 😊😊
@@sundaysommers1476 so you do this everyday for 50 minutes a day? Is that too much? I have the professional one
Thank you for sharing! ❤️
Your hair looks great before and after the treatment and you look gorgeous too!
Thanks so much for sharing this! You look so gorgeous as always!!!🌷
She is a babe at 62!!!!
I get lots of baby hairs too and do not use the Restore unit - I do use vitamins for hair.
the vitamins definitely play a role so yes that would be interesting...but I am sort of afraid to stop using the vitamins or the cap.
@@TamarasTimelessBeauty I don’t blame you. You know what is working for you. The cap is very intriguing. The war against aging is expensive!
12 to 25 mgs. per day.
@@Debra_Barronwhy would it risk your health/life using this device?
Hi gorgeous, I know how scary it is to find hair everywhere and I sm so glad this helped you
xx
What is the name of the shampoo you use? Thx
@@scushman4 It is called Haielle.
Hi Marisa…and good question. But I actually sleep in my left side so that’s not it. Thank you for sharing your experience with Saw Palmetto!
This is interesting. I hate this aging process!
You look so good, glowing and long lashes and stunning full lips. How do you keep your lips youthfull ? Also the machine sound very good, and I like that you have knowledge of the machine and present it in a well-documented way 😘
For a lady on her 60s you look like "wow"!
@@TamarasTimelessBeauty You'ee a very honest person and I love that. And I love your videos.
I just started the weightloss shots, and I’m seeing others experiencing this. I want to combat this right away. 😢

Hugs lady
Thank you Melissa! Good question....but no, I sleep on my left side 🤷🏼♀️
Hey hunni , great video really enjoyed it.. hope you’re all well ? Have a fab week ♥️
Thanks Luv! Hope you have a wonderful week too! ❤️
HI Tamara- almost 69 Y.0. and love your videos. I have thinning hair at my temples. More pronounced on the left side than on the right. I part my hair on the left and often wondered if manipulating my hair on the left side has caused more breakage and damage to that side. Just a thought!
Thank you! Make more videos on this subject.
They sent it to you or you bought it and they sent it to you ? Please explain ..
Your hair looks good.
In the side by side pics, the first picture looks like your hair is pulled back more severely than the other two. That would normally make the hairline look more receding.
I can see your point...I am working on my photography skills for sure.
Omg
I got more growth on my left side too!
Tamara, is your's the professional model? I was looking at these too but they are so expensive😩!
Mine is the Essential model. Still pricey!
GL!
That’s impressive, thanks Tamara 😍!! And I love that sweater, you look super nice 💕☃️!
I recommend watching Dr. Dray’s videos on the iRestore.
@@sundaysommers1476 For sure! I linked one of her videos in the description box.
Hello. Did you go through a shed phase with the Irestore? I’ve been using it faithfully since Jan 1st. Now, suddenly, in September, I’m getting a lot of shedding in the shower.
I use both LLL therapy and minoxidil
I’m stopping minoxidil because i notice eye bags and deeper wrinkles. Just going to continue with the light cap
The side, you don't sleep on.. the hair may be growing faster..just a thought..
can the lasers reach the scalp if you have thick hair? or should it be wet so scalp is a bit more visible?
Great video Tamara, I think the restore is too expensive so I'v been putting the Omnilux mask on top of my head for about five minutes. Just started so too soon to tell. Happy Holidays to you and all your viewers.
Good idea! I also think the vitamins with Saw Palmetto are helping. Happy Holidays to YOU! ❤️🎄❤️
Ido the same with my Aduro
Do you have an update to the omnilux on your hair ?
You look amazing Tamara! 💖
Thank you Cathy! ❤️
I just recently head of plasma rich fibrin for hair loss and skin rejuvenation. Not sure if it works I am researching it
Also you’re so beautiful!

Very interesting video ! I have some hair loss in my temple area, I will have to check this out. Thanks Tamara . Always enjoy your videos ❤👍
i just bought the red restore max for $800. it has 272 medical lasers and only 7 minute session per day. have you tried this brand. do you think the more lasers will improve efficacy?
I think the hair max is the one Angie Hot and Flashy uses and loves!
Tamara, do the supplements have vitamin a in them because I am allergic to it and it makes my hair fall out. Thank you
Hi Sandi! No the supplements do not contain vitamin A. Only Biotin and Saw Palmetto.
Tamara’s Timeless Beauty Thank you so much Tamara.
Weird indeed. I have been using a laser hair brush and minoxidil and I also noticed some hair growth ironically the left side seems to be growing more than the right side.
Can the I restore cap be used everyday?
Can you wear the cap reversed, to give your right side a treat.
I want to buy the cheaper model like in this video but that band in the front bugs me. Why is that there. It seems like that bare space might make the lights miss an area.
I don’t see how this would work on any area other than the portion of your head where the hair is parted and the scalp is actually exposed to the light.
I always wondered that, too.
Love this video
😘💕❤️
Thank you so much Lynn for sharing. ❤️
I bought one and it’s so painful on my head, I can barely stand it
Oh no! I’m so sorry to hear that! Maybe you got a bad one? Luckily they have a great return policy.
This shit works yall; im on 12 months and can grow a ponytail as a guy 😂
Just curious- did you still have a ton of hair loss the first 3 months? Mine is still coming out in handfulls!
I can’t really remember…I know they do say that hair loss can actually increase at first so hang in there.
What kinda hair loss do you have as the irestore is made for male and female pattern hairloss
my goodness you are beautiful
Do you have to buy the Rechargeable Battery Pack for the essential unit? Love your lipstick but I don't see it in the description! You look like you're well-rested and less stressed. Love your hair too!
@@TamarasTimelessBeauty thanks for writing back! So the unit can be charged just by plugging it in without the rechargeable pack? I can purchase it without the pack? Sorry I'm a little confused 🤔, senior moments. 😄 Thanks for the lipstick info too!
Hi is this an ad
It's April 2023.. any new updates
@Tamara’s Timeless Beauty thanks for the reply! I'll go watch this video.
Didn't work for me, after 18 months it was worse. Started using a dermapen and rosemary oil and good results.
I’ve been meaning to try derma rolling on my scalp…thanks for sharing!
Where do you get the dermapen
I appreciate the review but it's way too pricey for me. Thank you 😊
I wonder what the results would be without the vitamins?
@@mindyjohnson661 my friend. Indy has lots of videos on how she is dealing with hair loss. She is quite knowledgeable and has lots of experience. Here is her most recent: ruclips.net/video/0__Q3JfzQxs/видео.html
I bought one. Have seen alot of baby hairs after about 4 weeks
This seems more like an advert.. you being sponsored?
No, Not sponsored. But they did send it to me for review.
I used this for 18 months and it didn't do anything.Zero growth.
WHY DID U KEEP IT UP FOR 18 MONTHS?.THAT IS WAY TOO LONG!
The shampoos and conditioners are full of garbage chemicals. Do your research please before you use it. I am just trying the helmet IRESTORE professional. Let’s see how it goes.

I did not have a great results with this product. I have thinnig around my temples. It did nothing for restoring hair back on my temples, instead it grew hair on my farhead...my intire farhead is covered in hair now 😡
So, do you need to do all the shampoo and supplements or his the helmet ⛑ alone okay?
I no longer use the shampoos or serums but I do think the vitamins help alot.
Hi I was just wondering if you are still using the iRestore laser helmet and if you do are you also using any other topical or oral medicine/supplement, etc. thank you 😊 you look great!
