This is the reason dayz is amazing, its not the pvp, survival or zombies that do it for me, its the potential for a lengthy spontaneous adventurous story where you can go through hardship and success with a random stranger. Its an experience only dayz can provide and its beautiful.

In these fine hours we find 3 brave men who only want peace for all. In those hours they faced many challenges human, zombie, terrain, weather, and faith. These 3 men passed all possible troubles but one by one time cut them down. With seeing 2 good men be killed by dark forces one lashed out in rage and sadness only hoping for death himself. All who aposed him died. For the ones who did not seen the land for what it was. Love put these men together but hatred tore them apart. With his last seconds alive the one man thinks of the good memories that keep him going and word that can never be forgotten * starts crying* . We chose what path we take but we all know the good ones die young.
Men, these older videos are awesome. You can tell how much love and enjoyment this game brings you now and back then. 😊

I'm not the usual type of person to comment or even subscribe most of the time to youtubers and videos, but recently i stumbled on the would you call "mini series" of The Trumpet Brothers after finding your account not too long ago. I have never enjoyed, and been sucked into a youtube channel so much in my life.. I'm even about to buy dayZ again in the hope to find you wondering the land of Chernarus to embark on another epic adventure (i used to pay dayz mod with arma some time ago) Safe to say, a tear was nearly shed at the end. Credits to you Paul, and the sheer effort and talent you put into creating the brilliant adventures of The Trumpet Brothers. You have an extra 1, to the many subscribers you already have. You deserve a huge thank you :) RIP Dave and Dips

Paul, what a rollercoaster of a journey. This mini series was 110% your best work to date. The audio editing was totally on point. The gunfight in the trees, with the Jaws type audio literally had me on the edge of my seat.
The Holy Frank once said "When you reach a level where you no longer run around shooting at every pixel that moves (like that knob Sada), where you can hold up players, and assist others, then you would have reached the highest level in DayZ". Have we just witnessed you reaching that level? I hope so, you are definitely one of the best players of this game. Please don't go now and shoot up Chernerus just to prove me wrong. Please please please continue these videos, and I will promise to be a good boy lol.

I also love how you'll most likely never meet up with a random again even after such an adventure with Dave, its like he actually died and he isnt coming back...
That plate carrier wasnt what protected you, Dave was the one who protected you from beyond. He then guided you to meet up with dips to help you move on from him so you can survive, thrive and live happily. Then Dips dissappeared... And you were out for blood, but Dave saw the road you were headed and instead of protecting you from death, he protected you from life and put you out of your misery and grief.
You were mad, we all were, but Dave knew that taking it out on other players was not the way to do it.
It was not the way of The Trumpet Brothers...

The best outro from a gaming session I have ever seen! Very good series and pretty nostalgic as I have been playing alpha DayZ with 1-3 friends for like a year straight. Remember when they added prison Island, cars, heli crashes, our first M4 and aug.

Fucken hell mate, what a way to make a man cry, truly a fantastic series, and the editing is what kicked in the water works for me. Truly heartbreaking to see the 2 most lovely players die right in front of your eyes. It felt so real as if it was happening in real life. Definitely one of the most Epic stories I've seen in DayZ. Rest in Peace Dave and Dip. They will forever be in our hearts.
