Never discriminate someone who has disabilities and always helped them and treat them with respect and kindness. That woman lives to regret it.

Discrimination against disabled people is wrong. Banker is mean and terrible. Happy that the janitor and manager fixed the situation. That woman should be ashamed of herself

Disability can impact anyone at any time. For example, it can be present from birth or result from a brain injury or accident. We need to live together without passing judgment.

Narrator: Alex was successfully able to get a loan for his business. The adaptive AI he developed was then used to help people with Cerebral Palsy like him. To thank him for recognizing his vision and for helping the people in the bank to take it seriously, Alex could pay for the janitor to go back to school and get his degree. After graduating, the janitor started working for Alex as the VP of the company. Janet was fired from the bank following an investigation that uncovered various complaints against her from previous applicants, all claiming that she discriminated against them. Janet was unable to get a job at any other bank in the state due to her discriminatory practices and beliefs.

@user-vp8yw1es4e Yeah.. That's the best news i've heard all day.. She'll never get another job in the banking industry. Not with that belligerent judgmental, and rude attitude of hers.. I don't know who this actress is but I love her.But this character I truly despise..
This is one of the rudest characters that she's ever played in these videos.

BUT I DON'T LET THAT STOP ME FROM DOING THE THINGS I WANT TO DO IN LIFE. AND I'VE BEEN TREATED WITH DISRESPECT AND HAVE BEEN CRITICIZED AND MADE FUN OF, UNTIL I WAS FED UP WITH IT.

This is an example of Basic racism. The girl disgusted the PWD Person. And she denied the PWD Loan. Basic Racism defines that you are humiliating a person not only because of skin color, Race, Origin of Living. But also Their Status and Disability.

The only reason it worked out is because the janitor understood engineering and was able to explain it to the bank manager.the woman didn't understand engineering and the disabled guy was unable to explain it to her.he had to have someone to interpret for him to get assistance.

Just because a person isn't literate in computer programming languages doesn't mean it's not amazing. A person's lack of knowledge and rudeness towards the customer is the downfall of many companies. And telling the supervisor it was a science fair project was the reason for not following up. Another failure was the supervisor not knowing the loan officer was rude and incompetent.

She was speaking as if she couldn’t suffer some mishap, accident or illness that would make her disabled and bound to a wheelchair or bedridden. Nothing is certain in this world and people are more than their appearance. The fact that she knew who Stephen Hawking was shows that she was just a bigoted, hateful and uncaring individual. Unfortunately, there are real people in the world who are just like this character in this story.
