The way you describe it captures it perfectly. That's why it reminds me of pina colada! I think of it as eating rum cake while sipping a pina colada. Very sweet, but so much richness and enjoyment. And works great with my body chemistry.

As a lover of all things coconut, I have this in my collection and love wearing it! To me this is definitely as you describe it - a creamy, lotion-like coconut with some white florals (I get tuberose as well!). The only difference I would mention is that I also get a strong white musk in the drydown that gives it more of a clean feel versus an edible gourmand coconut fragrance, and I think this is where it mainly differs from fragrances like Mancera's Coco Vanille. Great review as always - thank you!
Did this have to macerate for a bit? I feel like the negative Amazon reviews didnt give it any time to sit.

@@lr8719 For me it was pretty much good from the first spray, but as it macerates it becomes stronger and longer lasting.
Recently I bought this perfume and let me tell you its my first Lataffa and best blind buy ever. I am just blown away. This DNA though not new to me, because in India you will get lot of Coconut creamy smell every now and there, but this is the best one. Cremiest coconut with Jasmine and with vanilla , sandalwood. I can smell sandalwood very clearly and that’s making it very sexy. Best best best blind buy.

I have both black and white. I gave the black to my son because to me it'sm ore masculine leaning. I love layering this with turab el dhahab which has a coconut and lime vibe. I'm going to wear it tonight ! Thank you!

Thank you! Bought it for my son and yes, he didn't like the lactonic coconut note, not at all, which is why the perfume is now mine :-) Layered with a juicy citrus/exotic fruity body lotion and fragrance, it lasts longer and becomes imho a more complex, fresh, bright and very beautiful summer scent

I own both black and white Qaed Al Fursan Unlimited. The white one and Yara to my nose are both beachy scents. That’s not a bad thing, I just expected more than a watery beach scent. The black one is a pineapple bomb and I love it!
All the recommendations for the black one are making me want it. Iv added it to my cart 🥰

This was a blind buy for me. I did not smell the coconut or pineapple at all with Al Fursan. I let it set for 6 months and I wore it and did not last on my skin. I gave it to my son. I wonder if I got a bad batch!

Hi from Brazil. On my skin, this Lattafa smells like coconut candy, in general terms. But at first it's citrusy, orange and metallic in the style of Silver Mountain Water. Yes, it is a non-linear perfume. Nice review.

When I first got this it gave me 1 second of coconut & then strong harsh super heady headache inducing gardenia. Which gardenia is not even listed in the notes (altho neither is coconut). I literally went outside & smelled my white gardenia that was blooming at the time & it was the exact same smell except the real flower was in no way heady, headache inducing. Now 2 months later I still get about a second of coconut, then I get white flower still but not has heady. So it’s calming down macerating but for me still nothing near wearable. I wish I got more coconut, I really want to! I love suntan lotion type smells & anything coconut or milky! Fingers crossed mine matures into that

Love the Qaed Al Fursan collection. The black one is also really good. The black one and this one layered together is literally yummy. Love it.
Funny enough some people don't get the coconut at all, maybe they're smelling something else
I don't understand this because that is the first and last thing I get in this fragrance.
Edit: The black is a Pineapple bomb. I don't think it's a creed aventus dupe but it has the DNA

I've been curious about this one. I got the fakhar Rose gold instead which smells nice but is not a favorite. It's hard to sample Lattafa here in the states. Anywho Great review Cee! I'll have to check this one out. 💖💖💖

I dont like coconut. I wonder how it would do with yara pink.with yara tous the orange. Lol the black one is pinneple bomb. It's aventus or club de nuit intense man with amped up pinneaple. Very sweet bit more masculine. So you mix the 2 Fursan some say you get a Pina colada. Black is ok for heat. Hope this helps someone. Love you all.

@@CeeChroniclesTalkingScents I was a bit disappointed by both of them, they are not bad, but I was expecting a slightly different scent profile from the online reviewers. I like how the black is similar to oud for glory, but is actually wearable and is lighter and has enough fruit notes to not be disgusting.

I ADORE this scent profile! I'm just concerned about longevity as Lattafa moves towards more western type fragrances. I just bought Lattafa's Yara Tous and am a bit disappointed in the performance. however, i haven't allowed it to macerate yet..perhaps i may amp it up with another lattafa scent..any suggestions? Thank you.😊
I felt the same way about Yara Tous. Smells ok, but in comparison with Yara Pink, the lasting power is very poor.
It lasts a good while on me…l can smell it for half the day but people around me can’t. It doesn’t project at 💕

I LOVE this fragrance, however I have to literally shower in it to feel like I project anything ): I have opted so far for using it as a bed scent since it's so faint, yet enjoyable. To me it smells like an unsweetened almond cookie with coconut shavings on top, the kind that are a tad caramelized.

I’ve been looking for an affordable coconut fragrance. I love and own Kay Ali utopia vanilla coco and enjoy the Zaadig this is Her fragrance so I’m definitely going to try this out. Thanks for a great review

Does it have a sunscreen type of smell to it? I love coconut in general & want to blind buy this but I know lots of fragrances with coconut as a note tend to have a sunscreen smell to it - which I’m personally not a fan of.
Not really. Just overdosed milky, creamy coconut
I got excited about the notes of this fragrance and sought reviews, which seem to be both good and bad. Perhaps Frangipani is the floral that you perceive.

Paris Corner has an Olympea dupe called Octavia and Maison Alhambra has one called Olivia. Unfortunately l haven’t come across a Coromandel clone. I love that fragrance too 🥰🥰🥰

So, please give me your advice between this qaed al fursan unlimited compairing to lattafa rave now white.
1. Scent uniqueness, qaed or rave?
2. Easier to use in extremely hot Indonesian weather, qaed or rave?
3. Better performance on hot shiny day, qaed or rave?
4. Both perfumes similiarity with?
Or should I buy both of those perfumes? #LOL
Rave Now White is the one ld suggest. It’s more wearable in the heat.
Both are not similar at all. Qaed white is a very milky, buttery coconut which can be too much in the sun unless you like milky scents.
Rave White is super unique to my nose.

Cee, I have a question for you. I have the original version, which I love. I'm stocking up for the spring scents, so my perfume has maceration time.

They are not similar at all. This one is creamy and the original is pineapple based 🥰

I bought the two pack of Qaed Al Fursan with the Unlimited.
I hate the unlimited so much. Even after about a month and a half of letting it sit...I hate it. Maybe I got a bad batch because mine doesn't smell anything like coconut, gourmand, vanilla or anything. It just smells dirty, grimey and spoiled. 😢😢😢
It actually makes me sick. Maybe I should try it from another seller.
The regular black Qaed Al Fursan is amazing to me. I bought it for my guy originally but when I got the two pack for myself and sprayed the black bottle, it's great!
Quaed Al Fursan (black bottle) paired with YSL Libre (original) gives a sophisticated, femme fatale scent or Qaed Al Fursan with a spray of Infini Rose by Maison Alhambra.
It looks like the unlimited smells different from one person to the other 🥰

I love Qaed al Fusan Unlimited, you're right it is very creamy, sometimes i cut that creaminess by pairing it with Turab Al Dhahab (It adds a fresh, soapy Coconut and Lime twist to it) As for the Black Qaed Al Fusan, I got a sample of that one and its very heavy on the Pineapple, so much, that smelling it too much and overspraying it began smelling like urine to me.

Hey Cee.. have you smelled the new PDM Althair? So I was in Bloomingdale's with my Qaed Al Frusan Ltd on,sprayed Althair on a tissue and walked around. 4 people asked what I was wearing and 2thought it was the Althair . They smell very similar to me. Let me know what you think 😊
