This is super cool. I’m sad I won’t be able to play it but I’m glad that so many people took this game under their wing and made it into what the fandom wished we would’ve gotten from the 64th Gamer. This war between copyright and the creators is stupid. If only they could compromise and work with us rather than bash us over the head for enjoying their creations. I’m just happy Replay lives on as something greater. ❤

Games like RM aren’t released publicly because of issues with copyright. Such as CEC Entertainment threatening to take legal action if 64th didn’t take down Reel to Real
@@maxefilms hi again, thats a very shitty point because cec only threatened to take down reel to real because 64th monetized it. if that logic were true, then those roblox cec games wouldve been taken down a long time ago. theres no other reason to gatekeep retromation other than the fact the devs are just being very stingy with their mod.

Fair use is a use permitted by ,copyright statute that might otherwise be infringing. Non-profit, educational or personal use tips the balance ,in favor of fair use so the ,game is fair use, your good i do think everyone gatekeeping a game to ,the bigger side of the fandom is dumb, mod or not its still under, the law of fair use
this is my idea not fact if its not like this anymore i would love to know :] but i still think fair use would be aloud here for the mod as long as its stays non-profit

Awesome! Seems like the mod has improved over time.
yeah there's some bugs in some maps when you go in with the time set to day lol. also any missing RAE costumes were just costumes that didnt get readded when new mechs were made. Also the other stages in the CU map dont have stuff like the sign front customization only the main one does lol.

it is because galla's a pussy and doesnt know how corporate works (cec only takes down games if theyre being monetized off of, hence why no roblox cec games have been taken down)

It boils down to legal troubles and cease-and-desists from Aaron Fechter, the Rockafire's creator; And CEC corporate, whoever happens to own the rights to the Chuck E. Cheese characters at the moment.
Both are not particularly keen on fanmade projects, even non-profit ones.

I forgot when I said its stupid that they care about the CEC copyright issues. I changed my mind since I could see all the problems they'd go through if the CEC charged a copyright claim towards them. I may make a review of retromation some day, since I got access to a leaked version. (Galla himself gave ALL permissions for this to be out, just a reminder.) I will not send links to other people of the version as it can pose problems to my career and others.
