Ingredients:
-For the paste:
• 2 peeled tomatoes
• 1 carrot sliced
• 10 small onion
• 5 garlic cloves
• water as required
• 1/4 tsp turmeric powder
• salt to taste
-For the masala powder:
• 2 tsp coriander seeds
• 1/4 tsp fenugreek
• 1/4 tsp cumin
• 1/4 tsp fennel
• 1/2 tsp gram dal
• curry leaves
• 1/4 tsp pepper
• cinnamon ( small piece)
• 4 red chillies
-For the sambar:
• 1 tbsp oil
• 1/2 tsp mustard
• 1/4 tsp cumin seeds
• 1 red chilli
• 10 small onion
• Drumstick
• 1/4 tsp turmeric powder
• water as required
• 1/4 tsp asafoetida
• 1 tbsp tamarind juice(opt)
• 2 tbsp gram flour + water
• salt to taste
• a small piece of jaggery
• coriander leaves
• 2 tsp ghee
• 1/4 liter water
-For the mini iddlis:
• illdlis bater
• oil to grease
