I worked 15 hours a week working at an English cafe and in exchange, got free housing!
I noticed that workaway is getting more and more popular and I wanted to share my experience with it so far!
As Japan is slowly opening up its border, I really recommend this!
Since March 8th, I have been living in Zamami, Okinawa through workaway and will be making vlogs here as well!

it is copyrighted, and it's a violation of the guidelines.... BUUUUUUUUT Nintendo doesn't do anything about it, unless it's like a blatant violation where they're just reuploading, the music isn't in the content ID so it doesn't get automatically claimed, and they can't be bothered to manually take down every video

yes! I met all of my friends through the cafe! They were also workawayers, as well as customers!
How much money did you take with you ?
Safe to go with 4-5k for that 4 month period. You don’t know if you’ll find another workaway, better to have in case you want to travel all around.
