Great video, thank you for posting. Is the kyc due also for swiss permanent residents/citizens? Maybe if you cash out in Dubai, their banks don't do the kyc? But opening an account in Dubai is not so easy if you don't have the Visa as a resident.

That said, one comment on high likelihood that BTC being declared illegal one day: I'd say this is unlikely. Many countries have tried (China, India, others) but BTC just kept going on stronger. Short of shutting down the entire Internet, I'd say it would be near impossible to stop Bitcoin. Altcoins on the other hand could indeed be deemed securities and subject to regulation, which in turn could cause many to simply die off altogether
If the Central Banks will create a new currency, the new currency will be based on blockchain and gold. Most probably the governments will not tolerate a currency out of the radar. We will see.

It is now so much stronger and mature today that Governments would simply fail if they tried to stop it now! Given that some countries like El Salvador have made BTC legal tender, should a wealthy EU country try and make it illegal, it would be like denying another sovereign nation of their money. That said, Bitcoin is volatile and not suitable for everyone. But for those who want to be in this space, volatility is the price one needs to pay to play!

Don't you mean give you public key and not private key. You can check the block chain history transactions with the public key. Nobody is crazy to give you their private keys and giving you control over their assets just for you to check up on them.

The due diligence requirements for crypto are very high with Swiss banks. If the source of funds (private key) is not crystal clear, no chance for account opening.
