I've done life drawing - these days the models get to take breaks and they get space heaters placed next to them. And they're not going to spend ages with their arms raised over their heads. Those are only for the very quick gesture poses. Also, there's obviously no moral stigma for the women models today.
As someone who has a fear of heights, I really sympathize with Tony every time they make him climb something.
