Where I am at, we have been socked in with freezing for with stagnant air warnings, so every glimpse of the sun is a pleasant surprise! I am working on buying either a Nutrimill or Bosch mixer and can't wait! I 100% agree that the Kitchen Aid just can't handle the bulk size baking, so I'm hoping to buy one of the others for Christmas present to myself. I make all my bread and sell it to support my child's High School Senior Class so I appreciate the help with your comparisons and the explanation as to why it would be better to get a different mixer if you do bulk baking. Thank you very much!!
Mary, please advise me about which stand mixer I should get if I were able to afford just ONE! So apart from breads, which is what it would be used for most often, I would also like to use it for my Christmas cookies and cakes etc. But as I can’t afford multiple, I need one that would best help me with breads and sometimes cookies and cakes. Would it be a Kitchenaid, or Bosche, or nutrimill stand mixer? Thanks so much. PS. I’m from Canada! So talking about frigid colds 🤣as well as affordability 🙁
100 percent the Nutrimill! I absolutely love mine. It can Handel anything I throw at it! If you decide to get it don't forget I have a coupon code for $20 off. Just use rose20 at checkout. The others are more expensive but I honestly always recommend the Nutrimill. It's the least expensive and is a true work horse! Hope that helps!
@@therosehomestead2 thank you so much and for the coupon code too! I’m not sure if that will work in Canada but I’ll try. If it does, I’ll surely thank you again☺️
I have started milling my flour and have not converted my sourdough starter yet. Will the podcast be available for replay? I will not available at 9 am. Thanks you!!
I love tools in the kitchen too. I can really relate to wanting all the fun stuff. But I appreciate that you still strive to keeping it simple!
