I had wrist pain due to my work on a laptop. Our company has an ergonomic advisor and she suggested a vertical mouse in addition to stretches and rest. The mouse can be awkward at first, but now I have no pain. It’s a more natural pose for your hand when using a vertical mouse. Logitech makes good ones. I hope your wrist gets better!
