Flex Innovations Cap 232 60e Maiden Day 1

The winds were gusting to over 25mph according to the weather service but I flew it anyway! A lot of that confidence comes from this being a Flex Innovations plane so I knew it would fly well and it has plenty of power.

My flying buddy and I once flew a Goldberg Cub on skiis in 35 mph winds in below zero temps. It was so windy we couldn't turn or the plane would be in the next township. We just pulled up and let it drift backwards, then full throttle and nose down to come back to us. For the landing I had to catch it. We never did that again :)

this year in East Central Fl that has been so true even in the early morning so many days are 9-10+ mpg Just going to have to get planes that can handle it. A friend has one of these and it flies really nice like a slow pattern plane.

Cap though not exactly sure why. It just feels better to me when I throw it around in the sky. It's also the first foamy I have done crankshafts with and it didnt explode.

I can't read/write music, that tune is just something I came up with to get the fingers working before we played.
