I have been practicing criminal defense for 45 years. 90% federal. I didn’t even know that lawyers could act and behave like I have seen Trump’s lawyers act and behave. Never seen it before.
Maybe in the past the lawyers were not allowed by the judges to do all of these things. Judges are a new breed lately. Anything goes.

Indeed. I compare the lawyers to piranhas and/or wild animals (bears, bobcats, raccoons, skunks). t does not deserve to be compared to an animal of nature fending for themselves. The fact that the Justice system allows for multiple attempts to dismiss Cases and have evidence or witnesses excluded is proof enough that the Justice system needs reform, other Countries that our Justice system was based upon reformed their Legal and Justice system decades ago to make it easier for ordinary people to navigate and prevent the rich and powerful abusing that System to escape accountability, looks like we should be lobbying to have our system reformed ASAP
