@@bol2nouille You can buy a tomato plant in the sprout store for 15 tomatoes. Get 15 corn or apples and go to Evermore, put up a trade stall and trade for the 15 tomatoes. I would trade corn as there will be more players looking for it. You might also be able to find someone wanting to trade tomatoes for corn...just search through the trade stalls.

Aye. It was an epic 30 minutes slog through the trading district and I also hopped many a channel just to find someone who would want to get apples or tomatoes and give me corn in return, so I could kickstart my corn fields and snowball it via garden care potions 😅
I kinda wish there was more you could do with the stuff you farm. It seems mostly cosmetic. I find the amount of time it takes to harvest all the crops kinda tedious, I'm already swimming in veggies and apples but can't get more sprout points this week. I'm also saving for the big thing, tho early on I got some geese and such.
I wish we had more spaces to plant more crops/trees. Maybe the new area will do it, but I'm also wondering it it's more of something like a pallete/scene swap rather than a bonus area. Particularly since it says we have the first one _equipped_, but that doesn't mean it wouldn't have some kind of benefit. Perhaps getting one of the buildings that mention having 'so much space' will increase the available space.
But you have limit how many plants you can convert to coins weekly. You need 90 corn/tomatoes/apples per week. Enlarging more will give you spare plants.

Also, trying to complete "ample harvest" quest on Handbook by harvesting other players farm doesn't work.

@@DoctorDiggs the online/forum page says it is meant to increase "drop rates". I've only ever had one of my apple trees give me four kicks twice.. and they aren't even watered! Maybe it's the "fruits and vegetables" item chance to drop? But I'm exhausted from watering sooooo many other folks plots, so if it doesn't do much of note then I might just gather only lol.
Ngl, I am a mmo vet and I was able to get to 10 trees + 2x10 fields rather quickly with these garden care potions. But!!! Not having enough people who are willing to help me farm those fields and trees each days is kinda making the harvest time tedious 😅 First world problems, am I right?
Nevertheless, I still suggest everyone to rush this! Getting 30 crops of each type each day means 210 each week, minus 90 for the tokens, means 120 surplus each week. Better to have a huge surplus early than needing a ton later and not having those. I also buy garden care potions each week, just so that I have them should I ever need more than what I needed for the mission book.

I bought more apple trees instead of the coins because I rush clicked xD if you dont buy the last coin exchange in the row, the buy options will shuffle around due to stuff „getting to the front“ since the thing you bought out vanishes to the back as a buy option. So yea, a few apples down the drain. XD
Other than a sense of altruism I'm not sure what you get for doing the work exchange. I've gotten a reward from it once or twice from helping several farms but it wasn't clear how I got the reward. Not sure if I'm just missing something or if it isn't worthwhile to do for people outside of your kingdom.

OK: you need to trade with another player via tradepost! -look for a player trading post in the city who offers 15 crops like tommatoes or apples! or open your own trading post!
My biggest problem right now is I only have tons of Apple tree & Tomato farm but no Corns at all cause I have no idea how to get it.. The Muse's Higgledy npc that's supposed to come to our farm for trading also never appears ffs..
Btw, You start with either corn or tomato. I started with tomatoes, so I had a tough time getting the corn.

You have to trade for it! Ask your guild to trade you apples for corn :) Its why they force you to setup a stall.
