I was there, first row! The energy in that room was INSANE. I didn't catch much of what was going on in the pit, but even between bands, people were crowd surfing and stripping. That was the third time i'd seen them live in the span of 10 Months (+taking part in the FCKBOI video shoot, which was also a lot of fun) and I already bought tickets for next year in Hannover. (which is in the state of Lower Saxony xD) EC are just consistently AMAZING live and they're genuinely nice people.
You should check out David's drum solo of this same concert, they've just uploaded the video of it.
Fun fact: Castrop-Rauxel is actually considered one of Germany's ugliest cities. Overall the whole Ruhr-Area has a certain... reputation. But I and many others love its charm, and you will meet some of the country's nicest people there. EC themselves have a lot of local patriotism for their Hometown in the "Ruhrpott", as we call it.

Isn't is so nice to see a genuinely awesome band onf likeable dudes become hugely successful. And to be there essentially as it's happening.
Before Nico they were basically a well-regarded but fairly standard scenecore band with a few bangers. Now, they are seemingly unstoppable.
