You can really tell the difference between a guy that's been fixing shit for years and the young guys with a fancy box and a ton of debt. Nice set up man!
Only thing you will need to add is a cup holder and a place to keep your smith and wesson. Cool set up you've worked hard you deserve it I have also been a mechanic for 33 years and now I'm crippled and cant do it any more good luck hope you get all you want.
I subscribed because of the title and stayed because you clearly know what you’re doing. Truthfully I liked the tool cart as much as anything. Thought the t-handle was a great idea.

James--I saw all the orange-handled screwdrivers on your cart, which made sense. Less chance of leaving one of those or a hammer, pliers, picks, etc. (also in bright colors) behind after a working on a patrol car. Over the years, I've ended up with a couple of nice tools from mechanics who, in a hurry, left them behind.
Coming up on that retirement pretty soon eh? Great set of tools in a really great toolbox. All those known good test parts are worth their weight in gold.
Retirement box? With tools like you have your box will be seeing alot of use after you retire. Too much skill to be sitting around drinking iced tea! Great tour!!!
The actuall question is: Is it payed of until the retirement. Seriously though, SnapOn is damn expensive. I looked their prices up and let me say - Most of their stuff is even more expensive than top notch German Tools, produced in Germany. I was like "Wtf? What?" - I wanted a Ratched because I liked those coloured Handles that much, ended up with a Hazet one which endures at least 1000 Nm (737.56LB FT) for 50 Bucks, without a Coupon or something. Do you get extrem special prices over there with Coupons or so?

Very well thought out, what got me hooked though was your tool cart, the low center of gravity pull is great I also liked the stacked hammer holders pneumatic tires are making more sense now. Did you widen it by 4 inches total?
i always tell the kids in the shop, the fuckin only thing your gunna find in my toolbox boy is some broken fingers. and if ya cant find those heres a ziplock to keep your teeths in while your on the way to hospital to get em put back in
