  • Howdy my friends,
    So I thought I’m doing something wrong with my workout. First thing I noticed is I’m not training really hard, just doing one set. But 1 set is for real hard training people. And I was doing a lot of exercises for same muscles.
    I decided to change few things. Rather than doing one set, I decided to do 2 sets, and less exercises. Anyway I’ still following Mike Mentzer’s HIT Training Program as I really love it.
    I got some good results, but still need to train harder. Some changes are coming to my diet also. Will see how it goes.
    Anyway still love Mike’s philosophy and advices. 🫶🏻♥️
