@@jessesdiecastgarage hey. The Diesel is a 70th Anaversary matchbox. It came with the collector box you can store it in Maybe you'll find one somewhere on the net. I doubt you would find it in Wally World now. Too much time has past since the 70th anniversary of the matchbox castings. Thanks for stopping by. Glad you like the new wheels I put on it. Way better looking than it was with the other wheels that came on it. . More diesels to show with wheel upgrades soon.
@diecastloonie6055 it's the 70th anniversary matchbox truck. The trailer is an old road champs brand casting. Hey. I did your 123 challenge. If you haven't seen it or know I did it. Thanks for stopping by
@@retoyer thanks. Wheel swaps is my specialty. I've been called Wheels by a fellow collector. But I prefer MacGyver. That's because I've been known to take M2 base plates and build things with them. Such as trailers. And base bottoms for castings that needed it I've made bumpers for diesel trucks. So MacGyver fits me better than wheels. Lol.
@@retoyer well I have plenty for you to watch. I'd start with wheel swapss episode 1 and go from there. But the trailer work is not necessarily in will swaps
@@jeffbrummett2449 cool. Yeah. Mr. Ratblack sent me the Ford service truck for use with my Goodyear store. It's a 3/4 ton and I just recently bought a couple of M2 wrecker trucks. And the both came with extra wheel sets so I used the inner rims and tires from one of the extra sets and put them on the service truck. I have a Chevy Square body with a service bed. And I'm gonna use another set of those inner rims and tires on it too. Then it will be dually too. .
@@bigcharliesmodelgarage296 thanks. Just so you know. The Frito Lay Trailer is a Road Champs Brand. And the cab is a Matchbox 70th Anaversary release. I have another Frito Lay and it's connected to an older Matchbox cab of a Long Nose Kenworth.
The rig looks good brother, that is wild in the front of the chassis was a little bit wider than the rear. The shop got it done and it looks awesome brother. When you're behind trucks the backs of them are usually dirty and dingy anyway, so it's perfect. What I'm trying to say is it looks like it's already weathered. @@briansdiecastthailandstoth6747 it does for sure. It makes me want more especially the older Matchbox rigs. The wheels came off of the Red and black bank truck. I showed 6 of them in the beginning of the show. I've been using those wheels on several diesel rigs. That's why you saw 6 bank trucks. I went ahead and put the gray wheel back on them so I can pass them on to my nephews and in trade boxes.

@@markhuckercelticcrossbows7887 yeah. You should see the Hot wheel diesel trailer I cut down the middle and narrowed it down to go with a normal size diesel truck. I removed about a quarter of an inch wide piece and sanded the two halves until it was all straight and joined the 2 halves back together and I also changed it from a single axle trailer into a double axle trailer. I had to narrow the back door too. But I had to mount it permanently closed so it doesn't open anymore but I'm fine with that. It didn't need to open anywhere. It came out pretty good for a custom. I love the old diesel rigs. I have about 60 of them. But about 10 of them are on a larger scale. I prefer the scale in this video best.
