Nah these kids are chalked they don’t listen in 3 weeks of coaching my team would be easily competing in challengers at the top lmao we could still play and compete but we won’t be winning against teams with better teamwork and shit. These kids are either incompetent or they taking advantage of this as long as they can and I’m banking on the second one but either or is viable lmao

Congrats on crimson I got to diamond twice but now I’m stuck between gold and plat plus me playing with randoms doesn’t help cause I don’t have a team it’s actually frustrating I’m shocked I made it to diamond without comms most of the time

You should have them play a match or series against either a pro team or challengers team with no coaching just to give them a reality check. Then show them clips of what good comms, rotation and spawns look like

Most of these guys started in silver/gold last ranked season when he was coaching them, so the title was originally probably because of that and now he keeps it going lol

These videos are fucking great Tom and one thing if I could ask is when they load into a new game give them a game plan for the map they’re about to play as well as giving them advice after they lose because after they lose they here the advice and forget it when they load into a different map give them a quick debrief of what they should do loading into the next map they play

I only got one tip, stop using gold and platinum on guns in ranked, they are too shiny and actually drops your vision capability in lit up rooms, it’s not a huge change But it helps alot to use a matte skin or stock skin
