This was easily Zooma's best video. He wasn't taking the BS. Subs should fry up close and ARs should from range. If I gun you with a Vaz long-range vs a Scar, you messed up.

The two bullet kills are absolutely painful as a scar player. I’m pretty good but there are so many times I jump ADS around a corner and I don’t even get 1 shot off before I drop dead. People say the scar can 2 bullet too, but with the bloom the chance of hitting 2 headshots is significantly less than with the vaznev

Exactly like this video. It would give great viewership opportunity for pros probably not normally in the spotlight, creating more fan base. This type of video has so much potential to be a regular show. Great content love it

If the vaznev was such a joke and so OP then you’d see 6 on a map, but you don’t, you see 2 on every map and that’s it, drives me crazy that some pros are trolling like this
As a flex player, the 2 bullet kill has to go from the vaznev and then the two guns are perfectly balanced for their roles
hell, we still see 6 scars on the map sometimes. but i honestly think the pros are just being driven into insanity because they're forced to make do with broken games that are somehow worse than the previous year's with no support from the devs. how can we blame them for stupid opinions at this point

Eh for it to be actually balanced they should use similar rate of fire guns between subs and Ar's. The reason why m4 was op bc the fire rate gave potential to kill subs up close.

@@cawlinfn2366 I think the Automaton on Vanguard was a good example for a high rate of fire AR that is viable. It just did less damage and had a low headshot multiplier.

100 percent agree with Sam on pros should do research and be able to use any gun to win an event I've thought that for so long, if you're a professional you should know how to quick counter and deal with a team switching weapons randomly. Is too predictable with the same guns. Pros should be able to throw another team off, it's strategical.

What they should do to add variety and a bit of strategy to the game is allow all guns but limit each gun to one player per team. So faze would have abezy run the vaznev, simp run the 74u, cell use the m4, and slasher run the scar. This adds all the variety you want without having to get into these huge arguments about one gun being op and everyone running the same exact class.
Off meta items is what made black ops 2 arguably the best competitive cod game ever. Zooma is spot on, on the scar vs vaznev topic.
Take me back to when it was only Quickdraw, advance rifling, and stock. Now, there are 200 attachments
I agree but they won't bc they make too much money selling variants with 70 different attachments for each gun. It is a gold mine they can release as many variants of each gun with different skins/attachments and bundle them with stickers and emblems.

If year 2 DLC is a handful of good comp maps that can be added into the current map set it may be the best year of CDL.
There’s two thing I want to say from what I heard from this convo. 1. Zinni is actually faded he’s just salty that the m4 meta changed mid way thru the first major and his team placed top 16 bc of it… 2. The m4 was so busted that subs weren’t even usable and now that the vaznev is good (yes it was pretty broken on lan) they want to ga a usable sub lmao

Enable pointed something good out that they can have a separate game comp cod like cod mobile where you bring back different maps and modes and they can rotate maps every seasons or drop maps every season to play those specific maps it lowkey could work
The problem is that would be a big risk for the studio bc they might not make enough profit so they wouldn’t invest enough time and money to give the comp scene a game they deserve

The SMG should be able to move fast and melt up close. While the Scar is the turret gun that punishes you for pushing lanes recklessly

The tac sprint ban is so stupid. Paddle controllers reduce movement skill gap way more than tac sprint
A game does not have to be well balanced to be competitive. There are weekly patches in lol that make champs broken or nerf them to the ground. It's still competitive because good players figure out what's good. As long as everyone has the same opportunites it's balanced. No GAs needed. Pro's seem like they want a 9-5 job where they know what to expect every second. Send them all a week into League and they'll come out with different opinions.
This is what I say I’m an ar player idc if your using a vaznev smg since forever could kill medium to close ranger but it could kill far range but it would take extra shots
If they ban the Vaznev it would be interesting to see what the replacement will be. The rest of the Smgs are really balanced.

just to be clear zinni defended keeping it 9mm Mp5 in MW2019. after pros GAed the 10mm rounds and the Mp5 was getting pooped on.
No shot did they actually ban the vansnev... Is such a satisfying gun to use and watch.. THE META IS PERFECT WITH SCAR AND VAS. The m4 was good at everything and there lies the problem.. we need different performing weapons dependant on weapon class
The Meta is the best I’ve seen in years. I respect all smg players as the main AR on my team. I keep my distance and still have the ability to fry up close with the TAQ if I don’t miss shots
29:51 EASILY fam I was playing the free trial for bot lobbies, Every level 1-40 had 50€ worth of skins on, and they don’t play wz or they’d have been higher levels, they ONLY got on for 3 days for free and spent nearly full retail price for the game, cos could EASILY live off of cosmetics

there is such a strong disconnect between competitive and casuals. That's what's going to kill this game. Casuals are fleeing at a faster pace than ever and it's not because the game is made for casuals...
The problem is both party’s here want the best for the skill positions so both arguments for subs and ars sucks
Remember when cod ghost gave 2 game disks, cod should of kept that but 1 for casual players and the other disk for competing.

The complaints for ARs is so nit picky loool, I think the only really issues are that ads and fire rate are slower. Other than that an smg should always be more mobile/faster and better up close than an AR

Did they really just say no one buys the realistic operator looking skins? I know eight people myself included that buy those skins whenever they drop. On the other side of that those same eight people did not buy a single one of the professional soccer player skins.
There’s nothing wrong with having goofy skins, but don’t act like no one buys the other stuff some people like that look. The tactical Santa operator is in my opinion the best mix between tactical and goofy that they’ve had so far.
