The dynamic between pearl asking for food, and her expecting Etho to pick it up but him not picking it up to try and prevent her from completing her task, and bdubs SCREAMING at pearl to pick it up, is fucking hilarious.

The fact that Scar's task potentially lead directly to Lizzie's death is so funny to me
it is so funny to me how the last 2 episodes no one questioned Lizzie for doing weird things bc it just seemed so in character for her even though it was just her task 😭
For real tho, we love our shadowlady!
The worst part about Tango's situation is that there wasn't actually any fail or restart condition on his task. A yellow name guessing his task was pretty much the only way he could have lost that challenge and they actually managed to figure it out.
Also, I'm really sad that Etho didn't somehow manage to get in between the two twin task guys. that task synergy would've been hilarious.
I’m sad that Etho didn’t run to a yellow as soon as he figured out Tango’s secret! In fact, he just ran away when Gem started to guess Tango’s secret. I was like, “noooooo!”

Etho definitely overestimated the difficulty of his first task. He likely could have just walked up to someone who just completed or failed their task, and just say he had the same thing after asking what they had. Bonus points for acting like he messed up and failed because of blurting that out and getting the other person to tell him to press the fail button.

Yeah, Scar had such an easy task…and one that could be easily guessed…and Etho went and re-rolled. I was like, “nooooooo!”

Honestly, he's been doing better than others so far
he always surprises me in this series and the 100 hour series bc you fully expect him to be gone first but somehow he manages every time

Let's be honest though - no one moment of Life!Scar will ever be as scary and yet as awesome as his MLG bucket save to save his Jellie Pandas. xD

There are so many tasks that mess with other people's tasks, like the Deja Vu, Twins, and the "Convince" tasks

My favorite part of Etho's episode is that, without knowing, he was actually doing Cleo's task before they got it.
As far as my favorite parts

1:31:19 tango talking the entire time pls “you’re the worst audience member ever”
BDubs low-key threatening his audience is one of the funniest things I’ve seen this season.
The bdubs one was at 31:35 but that was the most hilarious things I have seen bdubs do
2:23:37 right at the end Mumbo yelling "washed" to etho was also good.
1:04:06 was pretty funny
There were so many missed opportunities this episode. Of course, it was still a hilarious episode, but it seems the tasks were set up for situations that just didn’t happen. Here are some of them:
1. The “twins” task with one Yellow Name that could have found the twin, succeeded the task, then guess the task of the twin and cause them to fail. Unfortunately, Skizz failed before this happened.
2. Etho’s task to convince another person you had the same task seemed tailor-made to confuse the twins people, but Etho rerolled his task.
3. The deja vu people could have found each other and deja vu-ed each other and caused mass confusion, but one rerolled the task.
4. The deja vu people could have also caused confusion with the twins if they had repeated the right words to the right people (this almost happened, but not quite)
5. If both the deja vu people had repeated the same conversation, then Etho repeated it a third time to try to convince them he had the same task, it would have caused so much chaos with wondering why three people had the same task.
So much potential, but rerolls and chance said no

I feel like if Joel hadn't rerolled his task, him and BigB would have had a better chance of completing theirs. With both of them repeating the same conversations, the others would be more likely to claim deja vu
the fact that joel had made a lot of people's task fail is just a base definition of joel.
Martin and Skizz's quest is to find each other who has the same quest. While Etho's quest is to make others think he has the same quest as them. At the same time, BigB and Joe's quest are to make others claim deja vu, so they will go around imitate others actions.
So it's easy for Martin and Skizz to mistaken claim Etho, Joe or BigB as their quest partner.
Mumbo quest is to protect Scar while Scar quest is to put out light sources and put himself in danger from mobs spawning in the dark.
Grian is an evil genius
And coincidentally, Tango needed an imaginary friend and started placing torches around _everywhere_ making Scars task harder.

I was laughing my ass off when he said dab after taking fall damage and getting insude pearl hoise
That and Mumbo arriving on Scar to immediately see him taking damage were the highlights of the session
What’s sad is that even if Joel successfully bucket clutched, Scar wasn’t there so it wouldn’t count.
It definitely feels like Impulse's task was designed to be in the hard task pool. Nearly impossible when you FAIL if they guess it
Looking at Mumbo's episode all Impulse would have to do is get someone on a camel and the person would lose hearts no problem while blaming Scar and his camel for it

These compilation videos are really fun to watch. It's like watching one of those movies or tv episodes where it just takes place in one short time but it's told through everyone's perspectives. Finally getting to see how everything was connected.

The saddest thing is mumbo DIDN’T FAIL HIS TASK from what I can see scar started his episode with 25.5 and ended with 24.5 then got 5.5 back from a successful task…

I always ask myself how they plan to top the previous life series and this time they did it like never before. I wouldn't even be mad if they just repeated this one for next series, is so chaotic.

Honestly, Grian should've just immediately rerolled, he definitely shouldn't have taken the same damage as Joel at the same time, asking Joel how much damage he's taken later and just take the damage then would've been better in case of Joel's death, took damage he didn't need to
