Steely Dan, Cioccolatta, and Diavolo being by far the most famous for ho long they go on. It's literally just Fatalities from Mortal Kombat: the Stand. The only characters who stand any chance at competing with Giorno are other characters in the same "Finish Him!" category like Pucci and Johnny, and in the latter case that's only under the assumption that GER has some sort of cooldown between uses that isn't affected by MiH.
Steven can now beat any version of Naruto. Pink Diamond, was able to create a dimensions with dozens of stars in it. Kaguya could only create a dimension with a single star in it. Steven scales far above his own mother at the end of Future. So just by feats alone, Steven beats Naruto.
Pink Steven is incredibly fast but here is the thing other characters have done that speed feat before and it It calcs them to be lightning speed or even faster but here is the thing Naruto is fast enough to react to the Raikage who can move at 1/3 the speed of light and was fast enough to react to Madaras light fang which is a sharp, thin stream of light from their mouth that travels at lightspeed and naruto is fast enough to react to it so I am Pretty sure Naruto can react to him Pink Steven Ain’t blitzing also While Steven did take done the diamonds who are around continent level Naruto was able to tank an attack from Toneri who is powerful enough to slice the moon in half and Beat him low difficulty with only half of the nine tails chakra no way is Steven even in his monster form is beating current Naruto

So Naruto is faster than Steven. Steven also is credited with having pretty good durability and good self healing, remember that because of Kurama, Naruto is able to heal probably just as fast as Steven as a child and teen or probably even faster once he gains Kyuubi Chakra Mode 1. Remember Naruto was able to survive with little injury fighting against the 6 paths of Pain and beat them all. And again, Steven simply would not survive against all 6 paths of Pain. Also yeah good durability, remember when Naruto literally got punctured through his chest tearing through multiple arteries from Sasuke and still survived and got even stronger? Yeah, Steven aint surviving getting a fist sized hole in his chest even with his healing or durability. So Naruto has more fortitude and healing than Steven. Yeah and uhh, Naruto is more powerful than Steven with no argument, credit to Six Paths: Ultra Big Ball Rasenshuriken. Steven may be able to withstand Naruto definitely for maybe a few seconds. In a one on one fight, though Naruto is folding Steven no matter what, as soon as Naruto gets serious and uses more than a base Rasengan it's literally game over. Of the top people at the end of the war arc, the only people Steven could actually beat is POSSIBLY Sakura, but with Sakura's 100 healings Jutsu it's gonna be pretty hard for Steven to even leave a bruise on her. But what I have done is watch all of Steven Universe and I have to say, it's not really fair to say that kaiju Steven bodied the Diamonds, the Diamonds never tired to even fight, they got thrown back from trying to help Steven. Just because you can surprise someone with the floor when they don't see it coming, means you're a way better or stronger fighter than them, the Diamonds didn't get poofed or taken out of commission, they just got knocked off their feet. Big woop. That wasn't a fight. I still think if the Diamonds wanted too, they could have floored kaiju Steven, the Diamonds are very powerful Pink being the most well known in terms of powers but that doesn't make the others weaker.
