For the last 8 years, Msgr Chaffman has been the Pastor of St. Paul Catholic Church in San Antonio. His home archdiocese is Los Angeles. He is now returning home. The Parishioners and the Congolese Choir gathered on this day to say goodbye with a very moving liturgy.
