this interview was so fucking good especially in comparison to most of the others they’ve had, no shade no assumptions just all respect and love and curiosity. I hate when interviewers don’t do their homework but this one you can tell he did and made sure everybody got at least a moment to say something, thanks for this!
The wobble in Joba's voice when he and Rob were talking about coping with family members having dementia was heartbreaking. Much love to the respect that Rob shows and the maturity presented in these kinds of interviews, and much love to Joba. The album hits so hard and it's enlightening seeing the inspirations behind the lyrics.

In the past I've enjoyed BH's music, but I've struggled slightly understanding what their life POV is and who they are as people and what they're trying to achieve as a collective. This is one of the first interviews I've seen where they've opened up - and that's true props to the interviewer not wasting time on being fixated on the boy band phenomenon and going on about how many people are in the band, but talking about the music and asking the questions that matter. And being direct in who he's addressing so they feel they have permission to genuinely share. This was very nice. I get them better now.
Seriously one of the best interviews I’ve ever heard, and definitely the only interview with a rap group that has made me cry. Honesty is everything, hopefully the rest of the hip hop community will take note. Kudos to the Genius fam for providing and promoting such real conversations. 💯
I’ve never listened to Brockhampton (YET) but my first impression is that they are such an awesome, eclectic group of people. Excited to check them out.
Start with Saturation 1 and just go in sequential order. You will not regret it. Iridescence is not bad, its just not great. Its very very good and has incredible peaks, such as tracks like WEIGHT, TONYA and FABRIC. Ginger is definitely the best project I have heard all year and, in my opinion, it puts Iridescence into the dirt in terms of quality. Ginger is really a gift for the fall season. Enjoy! And please keep us updated with your experience.
Really enjoying Saturation 1 so far! I will definitely continue listening to everything throughout the weekend! Thanks to everyone who gave their suggestions and feedback. ❤️
Out of the BH interviews I’ve watched, this guy has to be the best interviewer with the group. You can tell he’s a fan of Brockhampton and gets their music. This is great to watch.
this is one of my favorite bh interviews ever. it’s cool to see each member be genuinely comfortable with the interviewer and be enthused to talk from each unique perspective. most interviewers dont know how to talk to a group of this number and sheer talent
Loving that Rob and Sway gave the guys a real interview. Feel like a lot of these people are kinda disrespectful and dont do any research before having the boys on their show.
