      +Brad .M Thanks for your comment. I'm glad I could help! By watching this video again I notice how low my skill was at this time. Today it is amusing to see :D

    Try to reduce the speed it's too fast and difficult to understand for beginners.

      Thanks for your feedback! You're absolutely right -It's a bit hard to follow these steps, especially for beginners. But
      I can insure you, upcoming videos will be more comprehensible in general.

    My second bridge command does not do anything to the polygon. Are you doing something else other than selecting the helix and then ctrl+selecting the end edges then bridge?

    • @LittleMacFreaks
      @LittleMacFreaks  5 лет назад +1

      Did nothing special here. Make sure you work on clean geometry and only select two of the edges you want to connect. Maybe there are flipped faces or overlapping geometry. In addition, check your Bridge Settings. For bridging the two selected edges you have to work with the default "Use Edge Selection".

      @LittleMacFreaks  5 лет назад +1

      In the next step you have to select the inner border, convert to edges and deselect both edges at the end. Then you should be able to bridge the gap. Hope this helps!

      @@LittleMacFreaks Thank you, I haven't done the selection of the ends of the gap when I used the bridge command. I spent about 2 hours trying to figure out lol.. Thank you so much for your reply and the video!

    I basically see what you are doing. Wish it was just about half as fast though. Edit: I'm not sure this really qualifies as a screw. Seems to be a bolt to me.
