No. He touched the ball before the bulls player could catch it, causing a knock on. If the bulls player was not there it would've gone forward from his knock because he was not in a realistic position to catch that ball

The stadium holds 52 000 people. Stade Francais stadium only takes 20000 spectators. If Loftus was only a 20000 seater it would have been almost full.
