The Ultimate Flying Flicker

- [Simple] How to fold an amazingly well-flying flicker that can also be launched from a straw as a spinning blow dart or thrown like a frisbee. It can also be inflated and fashioned into a 3-D arrowhead dragontail that can be worn on your finger. When playing with this model, please use common sense and don't ambush anyone with it (i.e. flick at them by surprise), because you risk poking them in the eye and causing a pretty bad scratch or possibly even permanent blindness. In my opinion, playing catch with it should be pretty safe.

I just enjoy seeing people improvise when it comes to making. I can tell it didn't take too much time to think of some ways to make a regular flicker into something with more features in it. I love doing that as well.
Thanks! I invented it by experimenting trying to make different claws. It evolved into this.
That's really cool and impressive. I make a lot of your origami that can basically do tricks like my favorite one is the 6 inch boomerang plane. I had fun with it every time. I even like the flicker you make especially the boomerang flick and the battering.

It's only that long because I teach two models and show a bunch of things that they can do! I also show how to make a square from a rectangle. The tutorials themselves are a just two or three minutes each.

you can also use it as sling-shot ammo: put it on a pencil like the pencil launcher at 11:06 and put the pencil diagonally back and sling it forwards.
also, put the flicker on the eraser side of the pencil

There is no pocket when i fold it is there some kind of trick to it?
I first show how to fold the one with no pocket and then I teach the "Ultimate Flicker" which does have a pocket. Hope that helps.
