I like to make this comparison. Toshiro V Hallibel. Take Adult Toshiro and Hogyoku Hallibel and who do you see winning. For me it’s still Toshiro (Adult Toshiro) high-extreme diff. I think it would’ve gave her a HUGE boost in power like a Bankai.

Considering this is effectively their Bankai equivalent, and Ulquiorra after his second release could throw spears as powerful as mini nukes, I'd wager they'd be so powerful they'd probably wipe the Captains out and the Zero Squad would need to get involved.

Stark is the second fastest Espada that i know of that could go very fast, Grimmjow only really got his agility boosted after releasing his ressurection state. Spiritual Pressure doesn't negate his ability since it was obvious that Byakuya did have more SP than Zommari but it still allowed him to be faster than him, forcing Byakuya to use techniques that Yoruichi had taught him long ago. Just think for a second, the mere fact that all Zommari needs is to move his feet a bit to create a clone of himself is something not even other Espada could do, Stark's afterimages were flickering in and out so they weren't perfect enough. Same with Soi fon, you see many of her afterimages flickering too.
Seeing all these alternate what if? Versions of the characters makes me wish we could could a alternate universe adaptation in the anime just to see how powerful they would be most of all ichigo. Reasons I hate Syzel's Ressurection: He literally covers everything in jizz. Sure, it heals allies and damages enemies, but really? They couldn't have came up with ANYTHING else at all? Not even a color change?
All of their colors have come from their official auras in the game. So they didn't change anything. Szayel's aura is pinkish hence his colors. Plus his Beyond Resurrección literally means "To Fornicate life". What else could they have done?
It was good when Ulquiorra came out with this new form, than Grimmjow, Nell, and Hallibel (I think) came out like that too, I was ok with it.... But the moment all the others came out with the same thing it lost all specialness and hipe, idk why, but that's me

My headcanon tells me part of Aizen's plan is to mass produce Hogyoku and give it to his Espada, to fight the Quincies
That would be such a fight to behold imagine all the broken abilities of the quincies vs the ever evolving espada with the addition of the hogyuko
