Most 4th generation kpop idols are between 18 to 22 years old with only a handful of exceptions. Back when this video was made the members in SNSD were between the ages of 19 to 21 which is basically the average age range for current 4th gen kpop groups. Nobody back then thought it was problematic that they were wearing crop tops so I don't see why it would be problematic now. Unless you think an 18 to 22 year old is still a kid I don't see the issue.

To be fair, most idols these days are literal children, so I get why they’re not exposing their body as much as older idols do
