Good evening from Stockholm, Sweden. As the America lover that I am, we live in sad times. Respect for America is blown away, I notice it in my social circle and you hear it from Europe's political leaders. We thought he would be hated by America's right wing when he mocked the recently deceased Senator John McCain, but no. We thought Graham would stand his ground after being ridiculed by Trump, but no. Of course, we didn't think Ted Cruz would stand behind Trump when he called his wife ugly, but no. Finally, we at least thought he would lose support when he more or less quoted Hitler when he claimed that immigrants are poisoning the blood of Americans, but....

There is nothing in the Constitution that is definitive about qualifications to be on any ballot . The Constitutional question is whether an insurrectionist has any rights to be up for election to become president of the USA . The answer is yes : Subject to both houses voting and 75% of the votes favouring the insurrectionist . Other than that, there is no way an insurrectionist can have his or her votes counted to become president . The Supreme Court would have to change the interpretation of the Constitution to side with GOP .

@VoltisArt Well , my belief is that Trump is not the biggest problem . The grounds have been laid . A large part of the American system has been compromised by the Russians who have manoeuvred Trump into power while the Democrats have been sleeping . They allowed SCOTUS to be packed without reversing the deliberate strategy of the Conservatives . They could also have forced Justice Thomas to recuse himself by taking action against Ginny Thomas.

Although Trump not being on the ballot in Colorado and Maine is good, Illinois has 20 juicy electoral votes, combined over 30. It may decide the whole ball of wax.
The key is to do what Trump does: Delay the ruling until after the election, because they stand until ruled against by higher courts. And if any other states do the same, so much the better.
