I heard that cats often want to cuddle if you're not making eye contact with them. It is very calming for them because it is so non-threatening. My cat always wants to cuddle if i pet him and then ignore him! Even without the ratings i could tell you loved the spy book! It looked like you were reliving the humor! Haha.

@@itsjoyandrea haha yep! Eye contact is huge communication for cats, so give her the side eye! Think about how a cat looks before they pounce! Staring at a cat usually means a fight, although they probably start to learn that we're weird humans. Haha
@@danielhouse6244 Omg I was just at my computer, looked at her real quick, then looked away & ignored and within seconds she got up to cuddle with me! Best advice ever!! Heh yeah I guess it must be weird to be constantly stared at by a giant 😁🥲
@@itsjoyandrea for sure! At my job there's lots of stray cats around and it's really interesting to watch them communicate with each other! A lot of it's from a distance, so tail, staring and noises. Cats are very good at picking up on those, so they'll know your voice really well (better than your face) and if you speak with them kindly.
So don't look at your cat directly and speak to her in a sweet voice, I think she'll really like that and will be feeling very cozy! Oh! And always make sure she feels in control and not overwhelmed, since she's little (yes I like cats way too much)
i’ve been trying to decide whether to start the throne of glass series after finishing acotar but i think most reviews i’ve seen is that it’s just kind of mid, not bad but not amazing either. maybe if i can get them cheap somewhere i’ll do it but not now. i’m currently rereading my all time favourite series when i was younger, it’s the chronicles of ixia by maria v. snyder and i’m having so much fun, i love how characters can feel like old friends ✨ lovely video as always
@@coolcat2424 Ohh yeah I mean I did love the first 2 books and the novella but the rest is just too long and looking back now it was okay, enjoyable but nothing special. It also really is a time commitment 😁I will definitely check out the series you mentioned!! I love how books can make us feel this way 🌸 Thank you for sharing 💕
