i searched up s+50 splatoon 2 to see what it looked like before the x rank update since i started playing after that update also, lvl 50 used to be the max level cap? i didn't know that
I'm not very good, but i'm at least trying to get to S+ on all modes. So far I have an S+ on Rainmaker, S on Splat zones, A on Tower control, and a B+ on Clam Blitz (My least favorite mode)
Rad Russian you can both crack and increase the bar but there is no safe area anymore. Also clearing the bar just resets the S+50 bar back to 0 so you can do it infinitely
Oh, I misunderstood. But it still sucks, there's really no reason to continue playing solo ranked after reaching S+50 because of the risk of deranking. Thank you for your reply!

If you reach S+50 can you fill the bar because it lookslike fillable. The level bar is full after reaching lvl 50

Zones is the absolute worst for me, I deranked from it, twice.
I also never get the chance to skip...

No you are back to S+50 with nothing on your bar. You derank if you have 4 cracks at S+50 so it's fine imo
