Happy Vanya is getting his own space. Hoping we continue to see him and his journey.
I remember your video, where you climbed this road. It is good to return to the places of youth, where everything began, when everything is already fine with you. Vanya found a great room at a reasonable price and the roof is like a big balcony with a great view of the mountains. Everything is just like in dramas.
It was nice to see everybody happy on the choice they had 😁
I hope Vanya will also have same blessed fate that Sasha had starting from that same apartment 🙏

첨 서울에서 원룸을 얻으면 신림에 많이 알아보게 되죠. 언덕도 많고 원룸도 많아서 서울의 다른 지역보다 월세가 쌉니다. 대학생들이나 사회 초년생들이 신림에서 자취하며 더 크고 좋은 곳으로 이사를 가죠.. ^^ 좋은 선택입니다.
Я работаю в риэлторском агенстве и частенько показываю квартиры - у нас в Москве всё разбросано по разным линиям метро. В общем я рад что Ваня нашёл отличный вариант для жизни, да ещё и бесплатный тренажёр в комплекте😄😁🤓 Видимо у Саши и Вани линии судьбы идут одинаково по одному пути.

The 1st apartment is the one I'd definitely select, especially since it's very convenient for me, whenever I travel over to Ontario, Canada, to live next to a very close buddy and little sister of mine. We're not related, but she IS family and she's with her parents and siblings, so it makes living there all the more worth it! ^^
Besides, if the room is like the 1st one, big enough to store my PC and anything else I'll bring, then that's good enough for me! Also, I HATE Baths! Always preferred showers! :D Haha

Those deposits amounts and those "studio" sizes should be made ilegal in my opinion. What a nightmare for anyone to live in a place that u cannot even put a matress, I would have a panic atack.
