Hayes waterslide paper is my go to!! Clear and waterslide paper for everything… If it is on a dark surface guy duplicate a cut file and please white vinyl underneath. But that is my go to brand for sure! Three layers of rust oleum 2X and it works perfectly every time, no cracking ever
It's definitely your waterslide that is the problem! Hays waterslide is my favorite to use. It never bleeds after sealing and it's very durable and doesn't crack or tear for me!
I bought sunnycopa and I really really like it. It’s pretty strong and images really well. Inkjet and definitely seal. Thank you for your videos. This was very helpful
I use Korty waterslide paper on Amazon. I used to use Hayes but it cracked too much with 3 layers of clear spray paint. I’ve not had a waterslide crack with Korty yet!
I've had really good luck with Sunnyscopa, but I use the laserjet version. I can't remember, do you use Plasti Dip? I've heard that's a real game changer. The crackle look is perfect for this project :)
My Waterslide decals crackle and pull apart like yours when I've used clear spray paint, especially matte. I switched to Triple thick or clear glaze and I've not had that happen since. Love your tutorial, you made it look pretty easy. Thank you.

I have found that if I mirror the image, and place it face down, the image doesn't crackle as much. Good Luck!! Looks great BTW!!!

Very cool tumbler. Check your ink jets, they may need to be cleaned. I was having this problem also, turned out it was dirty ink jets.

My waterslides do this with any color even when I spray it to seal it. However this came out gorgeous the crackle fits the tumbler design

I don’t understand why u can’t just print it from a regular printer n glue it to the tumblr since you epoxy over it
